            Measuring spoons
            Spatula
            Baking sheet
            Stand mixer
            Bowls
            Measuring cup
            Cooling rack

Set the oven @ 350°F/175°C and line two large cookie sheets with
 parchment paper.

Mix together two cups of A-P flour and 1 ts baking soda; set
 aside.

Using a stand mixer, in a large bowl, cream together 1/2 cup
softened butter, 1/2 cup white sugar, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar
 until light and fluffy.

Add 1 large egg and 2 ts vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and
 beat for several minutes.

Slowly add the flour mixture and mix it in until just
 incorporated.

By hand, add 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 tb white
chocolate chips, 2 tb peanut butter chips, 1/4 cup of crushed
potato chips, 1/4 cup of pretzels pieces, and 2 tb Christmas
sprinkles. Fold in until well combined.

Using a cookie scoop, drop a scoopful of the cookie dough onto
parchment-lined cookie sheets. Flatten them slightly and top with
additional chocolate chips, potato chips, or sprinkles.

 Bake for 10 minutes.

Let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then remove the Santa's
trash cookies to a wire baking rack to allow them to finish cooling.

Store the leftovers in an airtight container on the countertop for
5 days, in the fridge for up to a month, and in the freezer for up
 to 6 months.
