MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Spinach Cashew Curry

     Yield: 4 Servings

    11 c  Fresh spinach (1 lb);
          - up to 12 c, shredded
   2/3 c  Unsalted raw cashews
     1 ts Garam masala
     1 ts Fresh ginger root; grated
     3 sm Zucchini; thinly sliced
   1/2 ts Whole fenugreek seeds
   1/2 ts Coriander seeds
   1/2 ts Cumin seeds
     1 tb Oil
   1/4 ts Turmeric
     1 pn Powdered cardamom
     1 ds Lime juice

 Sauté all ingredients together for 7 to 10 minutes and serve with a
 sprinkle of lime juice.
