MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Yogurt Cornbread
Categories: Breads, Dairy
     Yield: 9 Servings

     1 c  Yellow corn meal
   1/4 c  A-P flour
     2 ts Baking powder
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Baking soda
     1 lg Egg; lightly beaten,
          - room temperature
     1 c  Plain yogurt
   1/2 c  Milk
   1/4 c  Oil
     1 tb Honey

 Set oven @ 425°F/218°C.

 Combine the first 5 ingredients. In another bowl, combine remaining
 ingredients. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour
 into an 8" square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake until
 a toothpick comes out clean, 16 to 20 minutes.
