MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Slow-Cooker Spicy Pork Chilli

     Yield: 6 servings

     2 lb Boneless pork, cut into
          - 1/2" cubes
     1 tb Canola oil
    28 oz Can crushed tomatoes
     2 c  Frozen corn
    15 oz Can black beans; rinsed,
          - drained
     1 c  Onion; chopped
     2 c  Beef broth
     4 oz Can chopped green chiles
     1 tb Chilli spice mix
     1 ts Garlic; minced
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
   1/2 ts Pepper
   1/4 c  Fresh cilantro; minced
          Cheddar cheese; shredded
          - (optional)

 In a large skillet, cook pork in oil over medium-high
 heat until browned, 5-6 minutes. Transfer pork and
 drippings to a 5 qt slow cooker. Stir in the tomatoes,
 corn, beans, onion, broth, chiles, chilli powder, garlic,
 salt, cayenne, and pepper.

 Cover and cook on low until pork is tender, 6-7 hours.
 Stir in cilantro. Serve with cheese if desired.
