MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Shane's Pizza Sauce

     Yield: 4 Pizzas

     3 cl Garlic; up to 4 cl,
          - pressed or minced
     1 tb Olive oil
    28 oz Can tomatoes
     1 c  Water
     1    Bay leaf
          Black pepper
   1/4 ts Thyme
   1/2 ts Salt
   3/4 ts Dried basil
   3/4 ts Dried rosemary
     1 ts Oregano
     8 oz Can tomato sauce
     1 ts Dried parsley

 Cook garlic in olive oil for a few minutes. Do not brown. Blend
 tomatoes slightly in blender to break them up. Add tomatoes and all
 other ingredients to garlic and oil. Simmer, covered, over low-medium
 heat for 2 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally. If too runny, uncover
 and reduce over higher heat. Can also use on pasta.
