Yield: 1 -1/4 cups
2 cl Garlic; up to 3, crushed
1/3 c Pimientos or roasted red
- peppers; drained, chopped
1 c Vegan mayonnaise
1 pn Cayenne
Salt
Place the garlic and pimientos in a blender or food processor and
process until smooth. Add the vegan mayonnaise, cayenne, an salt to
taste and process again until smooth.
Transfer to a tightly covered container and store in the refrigerator
for up to 5 days.
