MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: One-Skillet Pasta

     Yield: 5 Servings

 1 1/2 lb Ground turkey
     1 md Onion; fine chopped
     1 md Red bell pepper;
          - fine chopped
    28 oz Can diced tomatoes;
          - undrained
14 1/2 oz Can fire-roasted diced
          - tomatoes; undrained
14 1/2 oz Can beef broth
     4 oz Can sliced mushrooms;
          - drained
     1 tb Brown sugar
     1 tb Chilli spice mix
     8 oz Uncooked angel hair pasta
     1 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded

 In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook the turkey,
 onion, and red pepper over medium heat, crumbling turkey, until
 meat is no longer pink; drain.

 Add the tomatoes, broth, mushrooms, brown sugar, and chili powder.
 Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

 Add pasta; return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until
 pasta is tender, 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and
 cook until cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
