MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Holy Crap Cereal
Categories: Breakfast, Cereals
     Yield: 1 Batch

     1 c  Chia seeds
   1/2 c  Hulled hemp hearts
   1/2 c  Buckwheat; avoid toasted
          - buckwheat as it can taste
          - bitter
     1 tb Dried cranberries
     1 tb Raisins
     1 tb Dried apple bits;
          - finely chopped
     1 tb Cinnamon; up to 2 tb

 Most bulk food stores are a great place to get all of these
 ingredients.

 Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then place in a
 Tupperware or storage container of some sort for daily use.
