1 c Small cucumbers
1 c Peppers -- chopped
1 c Cabbage -- sliced
1 c Onions -- sliced
1 c Green tomatoes
1 c Carrots
1 c Green beans
1 c Celery -- chopped
Brine:
2 qt Water
1 1/2 c Salt
Spices:
2 tb Mustard seeds
2 tb Celery seeds
2 c Vinegar
2 c Sugar
Soak cucumbers, celery, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and cabbage in
salt water brine overnight. Drain.
Cook carrots and beans in boiling water until tender. Drain well.
Boil all ingredients for 10 minutes. Pack into jars and seal.
