                          Dilled Bean Pickles

  2      lb            Small green beans
  1      ts            Red pepper
  4      cl            Garlic
  4      lg            Dill heads
  2      c             Water
    1/4  c             Salt
  2      c             Vinegar

Pack whole cleaned beans in hot sterilized jars. To each jar, add
1/4 ts red pepper, 1 clove garlic, and 1 dill head. Heat water, salt,
and vinegar to boil. Pour over beans. Seal at once.

Yield: 4 Pints
