MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Rhubarb Fool - James Martin
Categories: Five, Fruits, Breads, Desserts
     Yield: 4 Servings

   560 g  Canned rhubarb; drained
   425 g  Canned custard
     1 ts Icing sugar; sifted
          - (optional)
     1    Shortbread biscuit

 Mash the rhubarb with a fork and stir in the custard.

 Sweeten to taste with the icing sugar (optional).

 Pour into 4 dishes.

 Sprinkle each rhubarb fool with 1 ts crushed shortbread biscuit.

 Chill for 15 minutes and then serve.
