1 c Bread flour; sifted
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Curry powder; or more
2 tb Butter; or more
1/2 c Coconut milk
To the flour add baking powder, salt and curry powder, and sift
together twice. Cut in butter, until mixture is coarse. Add milk
and blend to soft dough. Drop by the spoonful onto a greased
baking sheet. Bake at 425 F for around 12 minutes.
Curried biscuits are particularly delicious covered with a thick
spicy lentil stew.
