Introduction
My name is Woo-Jin Song known on the boards at gamefaqs as jinsun, this
is my first FAQ I have written, so if it seems like my explanation is
unclear or confusing I apologize. This FAQ is intended for people who
can't read Japanese or do not want to put the Japanese text in a
translator. If you find that I have any errors, would like to give me
alternate solutions, or just send me comments, then you can send me an

Puzzle Box Solutions
Here is where I list the abbreviations of what I am referring to:
GB - Green Block
RB - Red Block
BB - Blue Block
YB - Yellow Block
GBG - Green Block Group
RBG - Red Block Group
BBG - Blue Block Group
YBG - Yellow Block Group
SB - Spring Board

Okay, here we go, you can gain access to puzzle boxes after you have
talked to Brad at Meisis Station in southeast Filgaia, after you talk
to him your search scope will then uncover the puzzle boxes on the
world map. Each puzzle has a fixed camera angle so you are always
looking at the side, (so you don't need to change the camera angle like
you sometimes needed to do in previous games.) For those of you who are
familiar with the puzzle boxes you can skip the next paragraph and
start looking at the solutions, for those of you who aren't read on.

The object of the puzzles is to of course make all of the blocks
disappear, there are four different colored blocks Green, Red, Blue,
Yellow, they can be in groups or they can be single. To make the blocks
disappear you need match the same colors with each other when you do
the blocks vanish. Simple right? By the way use circle to push/pull and
x to jump. Upon completion of the puzzle you are teleported back to the
world map and are given an item in a chest. Note that all these chests
count towards being able to open the black box. If you mess up while
doing the puzzle just hit square and you can either continue doing the
puzzle, reset the puzzle or give up.

By the way, when you cause a set of blocks to vanish they remain on
screen for something like a 1/2 second so should you need to you can
still stand on them and jump before they completely vanish (you will
see in Puzzle Box 9 that you will take advantage of that 1/2 second
delay.)

So what do you get for doing all these puzzles? Aside from the items
that each puzzle leaves after completion, once you complete all the
puzzle boxes talk to Brad again at Meisis and he will then hand over EZ
Missile Might, his ARM. All right now on to the puzzle box solutions.

Puzzle Box #1
Coordinates X: 74525 Y: 48700
Treasure: Lucky Card x5
1.)     Pull/push BB2 left so it drops down, follow then push BB2 left,
go back to the top, pull/push YB1 right so it drops down, jump
across, pull/push RB2 left so it drops down.
2.)     At this point it doesn't matter which GB you choose, just
pull/push so it drops down, then the other GB pull/push, GB
vanish.
3.)     Pull/push RB1 so it drops down, RB vanishes, repeat with YB2, YB
vanishes.
4.)     Finally pull/push BB1 so it drops down, BB vanishes.
5.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #2
Coordinates: X: 28200 Y: 43275
Treasure: Gella Roll x5
1.)     It doesn't really matter which block you choose but I moved BB
left first and then pulled RB left RB vanishes, BB pushed right
BB vanishes.
2.)     Once again it doesn't really matter which YB you choose, but YB1
pushed left, YB2 pulled, YB vanishes.
3.)     GB pushed right, GB vanishes.
4.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #3
Coordinates X: 33257 Y: 51875
Treasure: Miracle Berry x5
1.)     Ignore the top for right now, first push the GB1 to left, GB
vanishes, push BB1 left, BB vanishes, push YB1 left, YB vanishes,
and pull RB1 left, RB vanishes.
2.)     Go over to where RB2 is pull RB2 left once, jump to GB2 platform
and pull GB2 left once, drop down left and push RB2 so it drops
down, RB vanishes. Drop down.
3.)     Pull YB2 right once, jump up to BB2 platform and then jump
across to GB2 platform, and push GB2 right so it drops down, GB
vanishes. Drop down.
4.)     Leave YB2 alone for the moment and jump up to BB2 platform, push
BB2 left, BB vanishes. Finally push YB2 left, YB vanishes.
5.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #4
Coordinates: X: 83870 Y: 34455
Treasure: Holy Berry x3
1.)     Push BB1 right once, jump up and push GB1 right, GB vanish, go
down and push YB1 left once, then jump back up go around and
push RB1 left once, RB vanishes.
2.)     Drop down, push BB1 left, BB vanishes, finally push YB1 right,
YB vanishes.
3.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #5
Coordinates: X: 19700 Y: 20925
Treasure: Full Revive x5
1.)     Push BB left so it drops down, then pull RB left once, drop down
and push BB right, stop at two squares away from middle platform,
jump up and push RB left so it drops down.
2.)     Drop down and push BB right, right side blocks vanish, finally
push RB left, left side blocks vanish.
3.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #6
Coordinates: X: 39325 Y: 89425
Treasure: Ambrosia x3
1.)     Use SB to get up top, push RB left so it drops down, follow and
push RB left once. Use SB again push GB left until it drops push
until at edge of platform, leave GB alone for a moment.
2.)     Pull/push BB right until it drops down, follow and push BB left
once, get back up top push YB right until it drops, right side
blocks vanish.
3.)     Finally push GB off edge, left side blocks vanish. Puzzle
Completed!

Puzzle Box #7
Coordinates: X: 62025 Y: 65100
Treasure: Great Apple x3
1.)     Push YB right, jump across push BB left, push RB Right, jump
across push GB left, all blocks vanish.
2.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #8
Coordinates: X: 15400 Y: 41575
Treasure:  Dragon Fossil x3
1.)     Pull RB left once, jump up, push BB2 left, BB vanishes,
pull/push YB right YB vanishes, a bunch of blocks vanish.
2.)     Push RB right, RB vanishes.
3.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #9
Coordinates: X: 83200 Y: 14800
Treasure: Frog Badge
1.)     Jump up and pull GB left once, push BB left until it drops down
in between GB and RB, pull/push GB left until it drops down,
follow and push GB right until it drops down.
2.)     Jump up and pull/push BB left so it drops down, follow and push
BB right until it drops down.
3.)     Jump up and pull/push YB2 until you have it sitting between BB
and GBG, pull YB1 left until it drops down, follow and pull left
once.
4.)     Jump up and pull/push RB left until it drops down. Go right and
come around and pull RB right, RB vanishes, run and jump to the
right quickly.
5.)     Finally push YB1 right until it drops down, all remaining blocks
vanish.
6.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #10
Coordinates: X: 87000 Y: 65075
Treasure: Fish Badge
1.)     Push YB1 right once, and then pull BB2 left until it drops in
the gap, pull/push RB1 right, RB vanishes.
2.)     Pull/push YB1 left, YB vanishes, and pull BB1 right, BB vanishes.
3.)     Push BB3 right once, pull GB1 left until it drops down, then
pull RB3 left once, jump on top to jump over BB3 and push BB3
left so it drops down.
4.)     Pull/push RB3 left so it drops on top of GB1, then pull/push BB3
left until it drops down, BB vanishes, push RB2 right until it
drops down, RB vanishes, jump across and push GB2 left, GB
vanishes.
5.)     Finally push YB3 left until drops, go around and push YB2 under
YBG2, YB vanishes.
6.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #11
Coordinates: X: 67700 Y: 9325
Treasure: Chick Badge
1.)     Jump over BB and push GB right once, go to right side and jump
up to push RB left.
2.)     Uses SB to get to YB, push YB left, all blocks except BB on top
vanish.
3.)     Finally jump down and push BB right, BB vanishes.
4.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #12
Coordinates: X: 21525 Y: 10350
Treasure: Elder Record
1.)     Push YB1 left once, then push RB left once, pull YB2 left once,
and finally push RB left one more time, all blocks vanish.
2.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #13
Coordinates: X: 64750 Y: 26525
Treasure: Mist Cloak
1.)     Use SB on left side to get on top, push/pull GB2 right until it
is against YBG1, and push YB1 right, push/pull GB1 right.
2.)     Use SB on right side to on top, push/pull RB left until it is
against YBG1, pull BB left until it is under YBG2.
3.)     Push YB3 left until it is against BB, drop down and jump to
middle level, push YB2 left, bunch of blocks vanish.
4.)     Use SB on right side to get up to top level, pull GB3 right once
and push YB3 left, YB vanishes, jump across.
5.)     Push GB2 right so it drops down, jump to middle level and push
GB2 right twice, back to top via SB on left side, push GB1 right
until it drops.
6.)     Back to middle level, pull GB1 left once, go around and push GB2
left once, finally push GB3 left until it drops, GB vanishes.
7.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #14 (you need to have Asgard Break the boulder)
Coordinates: X: 97125 Y: 70150
Treasure: Extra React
1.)     Push YB1 all the way to the right until it is on the third block
in GBG.
2.)     Jump up to the middle level to pull RB1 left and then use RB1 as
a step to jump up to the top level. Push BB1 right until it
drops down.
3.)     Pull/push RB1 left, RB vanishes. Push YB2 right until it drops
down below, follow and pull YB2 right once. Jump up and push BB1
right, BB vanishes. Push RB2 right once, RB vanishes.
4.)     Finally push YB2 to the end, all remaining blocks vanish.
5.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #15
Coordinates X: 12800 Y: 60575
Treasure: Over Drive
1.)     Push RB1 in the middle at the bottom right, jump up to the top
level using GB2 and BB2 as steps.
2.)     Pull RB3 at the top right and at the end push so it drops down
one level, drop down after and push RB3 left until it drops down
again.
3.)     Drop down and push RB2 left so it drops down, pull RB3 left once
and drop down, then pull RB2 right.
4.)     Go back to previous level and drop down on the other side of the
RB2 and push until it drops down, then push RB3 right until it
drops, RB vanish.
5.)      Jump up to the top and pull YB2 right at the end push YB2 to
drop it down, follow and push YB2 drops down, follow and
pull/push YB2 to end of level, leave it there, and drop down.
6.)     Move right and work back up to BB2, push left to drop it down,
follow and pull BB2 left, drop down and work back up to the level
BB2 is on and push it until it drops down, follow and pull BB2
left once.
7.)     Jump up to previous level and go to GB2 and push it left, drop
down and go to the other side of GB2 to pull it as far as you can
go, drop down and get back to previous level push GB2 onto GB1,
GB vanish.
8.)     Jump over to the left and go on the other side of BB2 and push
until it drops, BB vanish.
9.)     Finally pull YB2 right once jump over and push rest of the way,
YB vanishes.
10.)    Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #16
Coordinates X: 46200 Y: 87700
Treasure: Slide Suit
1.)     Push GB left until drops on BBG
2.)     Use SB to get to the top and push RB1 right until drops, push
RB1 left to drop it on GB.
3.)     Push BB to the left so it drops it on top of YBG1.
4.)     Use SB again and push YB1 so it drops down, then push YB1 left,
YB vanish as do BB.
5.)     Push YB2 right to drop it down and then pull/push onto YBG2, YB
vanish as do GB
6.)     Use SB to reach the top and pull/push RB2 to drop it down below,
finally push RB2 left until it drops down on top of RB1, RB
vanish.
7.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #17
Coordinates: X: 6200 Y: 26000
Treasure: Wonder Booster
1.)     Ignore GB for the moment, pull/push RB left twice, pull BB Left
once, push GB right so it drops down some blocks vanish. Quickly
jump on top of YB and jump again to get on the right side of RB,
push RB left, some more blocks vanish.
2.)     Pull/push BB left, BB vanishes, finally push GB left, GB
vanishes.
3.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #18
Coordinates: X: 12925 Y: 84725
Treasure: Lightning Bomb
1.)     Push RB1 left once.
2.)     Jump on GB to get over to the other side of YB, Pull RB2 right
once and then jump back over to the other side of YB, push YB so
it drops in between BB and RB.
3.)     Pull GB left jump over and push onto GBG, GB vanishes as does RB.
4.)     Pull BB left as far as you can go, jump over and push BB left
until it drops down, BB vanishes.
5.)     Pull YB left as far as you can go, jump over and push YB so it
drops, YB vanishes.
6.)     Finally push RB2 over to make RB vanish.
7.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #19
Coordinates: X: 95000 Y: 76650
Treasure: Ancient Blade
1.)     Pull/Push YB2 right until it drops down, jump up and push GB2
left until it is against RB1.
2.)     Push/pull YB1 right, YB vanishes, pull/push GB2 right until it
drops down, pull RB2 left once.
3.)     Push YB5 right until it drops down, pull/push YB4 left until it
drops down below, push BB1 right until it drops, pull BB2 left,
BB vanishes.
4.)     Push RB2 right until it drops down; pull RB3 left until Dean is
standing on RB2, pull/push RB1 right, RB vanishes.
5.)     Pull GB1 right, GB vanishes; push YB5 left until it drops down,
YB vanishes.
6.)     Puzzle Completed!

Puzzle Box #20
Coordinates: X: 81050 Y: 68825
Treasure: Lucky Bird
1.)     Push BB1 right, BB vanishes, push RB1 left once and use that to
jump up to YB1 platform and push YB1 left once to get to RB2
platform.
2.)     Push RB2 right so it drops down below, go back to YB1 platform
and pull/push YB1 right to form a step so you can get up to BB2
platform.
3.)     Push/pull BB2 left and then use BB2 to reach GB1 platform, push
GB1 right so it drops down below and then go back to BB2
platform.
4.)     Pull/push BB2 to the right until it drops down below, go to YB1
platform and pull YB1 left once, drop down and pull RB2 right
once, push GB1 left so it is in between two YBs. Push RB2 left
until it sits on top of GB1.
5.)     Push BB2 left three times, jump up to YB1 platform and push YB1
right until it drops down, YB vanishes.
6.)     Finally push BB2 left once, all remaining blocks vanish.
7.)     Puzzle Completed!

Version History
Version 1.0 completed the FAQ, I may at a later date add in required
items needed to access some of the Puzzle Boxes. Right now this FAQ
only has coordinates, treasure, and solutions.
Version 1.1 fixed a couple of spacing errors, add in allowed sites
sections.
