Matching
--------
Matching ingredients is an important part of the game. To get the expert goal at
later games, you need to do the matching as the guidelines below (see day 15)
and fast. You also need to be experienced at matching, as well as using the
microwaves and milkshake(s).
More guidelines are at the walkthrough below:
Day 12 -> milkshakes
Day 38 -> microwaves
--Every time you match ingredients of three or four, you are given $1.
--In case of Combo, you'll be given $2 for each combos. Combo is all the
matchings resulted after you successfully make a single matching.
--I think we can only match maximum 7 ingredients in this game. If you can match
five or more, $2 is given. If you have read Basic Matching Tutorial from the
game, you will know:
-
--- = valid matching.
-
-
--- = only match the horizontal.
-
-
--- = only match the horizontal.
-
- = only match the vertical.
--
In a simple word, the rule should be: it has to be three or more the same
ingredients in a column and/or a row.
--Matching using microwave will give you $3.
--You are only permitted to make a "move" on the board if the resulting action
is a successful matching. It's not a really good news, especially later in the
game -___-
The Customers
-------------
A few of the Customer Names are not official, so I have no choice but to name
them by myself. If you think you get better name you can mail me.
And next, about the customers quantity.... I think, the customers
--approximately-- will always fill all the customers rows, so I don't think I'll
need to talk about it in this game <___<
The customers' behaviours doesn't really worth so much to talk about. They can
order any of your 4 most expensive recipes, and the other aspects are... we can
say they're about the same. The only thing to take note left is how much it'll
cost if they leave your restaurant mad.
Also, the patience tends to decrease each time the customer type changes, i.e.
business woman have less patience than kids, but more patience than construction
worker, and so on. (Business women in this game are sooo patient lol)
That's why we'll need more treats as the game goes on.
In the end, we can say that it will be absolutely making the game easier if the
customers who appear in the game are the upper ones.
Kid: $1
Business Woman: $3
Construction Worker: $5
Cheerleader : $8
Geeky Programmer: $15
Cranky Mime: $20
Grandma: $25
Elvis Impersonator: $30
Tourist: $35
Celebrity Diva: $40
Astronaut: $50

C. GENERAL TIPS
'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'
This game is pretty difficult and tricky. The expert score seemed to be
impossible to reach at the first time I played this game.
The only reward you get for getting the expert score is tokens.
1. You should concentrate yourself primarily to the board, i.e. to do the fast
matching, while once in a while you can take a peek to your treats and machines,
and your customer's orders.
2. Precise clicking seems to be an unimportant little thing, but, it's a must if
you want the expert score. Try to figure out where you should put the treats and
upgrades carefully, because the click must be on-target and fast.
3. You should make some careful planning on what upgrades to buy because later
goals are not very easy to reach. It's also important to know that you will only
serve your four most expensive recipes to the customers.
Note that this planning is VERY tricky to do.... especially if you want the
expert goals.
4. You should read from the game to learn all behaviour inside it. For example:
Milkshakes will no longer appear after closing time, but microwaves and frozen
foods will still appear. And you should read the tips this game gives you
because they are very useful, but not all of them...
5. You may need some "warming-up" to get later days' expert goals.
'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.
D. WALKTHROUGH
'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'
This game can't be run under DOS mode.
This game uses about 100KB of both physical and virtual memory to run smoothly
and completely. This kind of game does not need very much of processing power.
First, you MUST enter a name.
After you finish reading all the preparations, you can start to Play Game.
Then, as usual, you will be given some comical scene. You play as Heidi, the
Burger Girl.
The game will give you some advices at the start of days, as well as other
Mumbo-Jumbo >___> Hehehe.... I'll take notes of all of the intro tips the game
gives you: They could be some strategy to finish this game until all the matters
regarding to burgers in our real life.
Day 1
=====
Goal: $20
Expert goal: $60
On-board tokens: 0
Bonus tokens: 5 for goal, 8 for expert goal
Maximum customer row: 2
Intro tips: Finally, my own restaurant! It's a little small, but I think it's
pretty cozy :) Alrighty, let's get busy and cook some juicy burgers!
Customers: Kids
For the first day tutorial, you will receive Basic Matching tutorial. I hope you
have read it, as well as read my Matching Tutorial above. You'll have 9 lives,
it means you can only fail 10 times to reach the goal. If you fail..then what?
This is the bad news... you are FORCED to spend your remaining tokens to buy an
extra life to continue and if you keep failing, you will be forced until you
don't have anymore tokens -___-
And after you don't have anymore tokens... is it Game Over? NO! I think this
game always give you this worthless chance to keep trying again and again >___>
The option to turn off hints does not turn off the board suggestion, that I
think, is pretty useful, especially for later levels. Although CPU's suggestion
is not always the best choice, but it will be very helpful when the board
becomes difficult. Unless you have known all the game rules, it's better not to
turn it off.
If you want to turn on the hints after you turn it off, you can go to Options
menu to do it.
After you have today "report", you will go to the next day and your game will be
saved.

not less important, is also for the customers who order a burger whose have

angry noise. Learn to listen to them before it's too late!
Customers: Geeky Programmers, Cheerleaders, Construction Workers, Business Women
Now, a new and final ingredient is added to the board. (Let's call this: Meat)
Mwahahahaha! Life won't get easier from now on. Mwahahaha!
Sometimes, at later stages, if you can't match anything anymore, the board will
be reshuffled.
So, I'll try to give more guidelines at matching (especially if you want the
expert score):
1. Frozen ingredient(s) have our highest priority to deal with amongst all the
ingredients available, but, don't focus yourself too much on it/them. I
believe some of them will be very difficult to manage (and very annoying
too), in this case, change your attention immediately to the other
ingredients.
2. Prioritize on bottom area of the board.
3. Try your best not to satisfy just with matching three ingredient. Matching
more ingredients not only gives you a little more money, but also, the more
important, is: this'll make you can score combo easier, thus making the
burger served faster, and more...
I think, even if you do all the guidelines above, it's not 100% guaranteed that
you'll do just fine on the board because the board is randomized. It's
sometimes, better for you if you do the contrary of the above guidelines, but
the raw probability is lower.

Intro tips: In the later levels, how you use the microwave even becomes even
more important.
Customers: Celebrity Divas, Tourists, Elvis Impersonators, Cranky Mimes
In order to synchronize with the intro tips. I'll try to write more guidelines
of using the mocrowave(s):
1. Thawing the frozen ingredients using the microwave has high priority, but if
you think it's necessary, thawing it directly (use matchings) and saving the
microwave could be better for you.
2. Microwave(s) on the bottom area are useful for clearing difficult rows and
thawing frozen ingredients, and microwave(s) on the upper area are more
useful for thawing frozen ingredients or to be saved later.
3. Be careful if you save the microwaves too many, that would be absolutely no
good for you because we can't swap them without using. Even milkshakes are no
good to save too many even if we can swap them without using, because they
can hinder our matchings.

You should know this by now.... The intro tips is very brilliant, and the
problem left is to figure out when you should do this...
-- You mainly should do it in difficult board situation (You probably have to
learn to know the signs of difficult board even if you do all the matching
guidelines above).
-- When the customers order expensive burgers (because they need more
ingredients).
-- When the customers' patience are running out.

After beating the last level, you get the ending, and then, you'll be
brought back to the first level and your game will be automatically saved at
the first level!

The game does not always prepare a name for everything here, so please don't
mind if I name the unnamed ones.
Burger Recipes
--------------
The burger recipes are listed from the cheapest until the most expensive. The
problem is when the game have to ommit one of your first available recipes to
maintain serving the four most expensive burger. I think it'll depend on your
selected recipes. Be careful when selecting them, because this game tends to
"attack" your missing ingredient this way!
If you buy this one, it actually increases your maximum stock in the game since
they will be refilled every a single day starts. This maximum stock will be
increased as the game goes on.

F. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'.'
Q: I could have total profit as high as $120,000.
A: It's not considered as a question. Btw, I think the high score might be
possible if everything in this game is just random. So, if you're just being
REALLY lucky, all of the customers will order the most expensive burgers or
all of the ingredients on the board will be emptied by your comboes....
But... as long as my observation goes, I think this game has its own
mechanism to avoid those from happening, so I think... the score should be
impossible by a normal play.
