This game is the fifth (and sixth, technically) in a series of arithmetic
learning games for the Nintendo Famicom. This particular game focuses on all
four orders of operation, including focus on fractions and decimals. It's an
old game primarily meant for educational purposes, and as such there is
little variety. There are four modes, two dealing with decimals, and two
dealing with fractions. These game modes contain short mini-games where you
have to solve the displayed math problems. If you somehow don't know how to
add, subtract, multiply, or divide using fractions and decimals, you may want
to check this game out, otherwise you're not missing anything by not trying
it.

Overview
========
When you start the game, there is a menu screen with 4 modes you can access
(details on those modes can be found below). In each mode, you can pick
between two courses. Both courses are exactly the same, but course 2 is the
slightly more difficult version of the two. After you pick the course number
(コース), you then get the option to choose how many players will be
participating. Once you do that (1 player = ひとりでやる, 2 players =
ふたりでやる), your chosen game will begin. In all the modes, you are given 3
lives, so you can only mess up that many times before your game ends.
====================================
Decimal Multiplication (小数のかけ算)
====================================
Course 1
--------
In this game mode, you play a side-scrolling shooter game of sorts. You
control a spaceship which shoots up to 3 projectiles at a time (press A). As
you progress, there will be enemy missiles and ships which will shoot at you;
destroy those with your own shots to gain points. After a short while, you'll
reach a room where you have control of the ship's pilot and will have to
solve a problem involving decimal multiplication. The problem is on the right
side, the numbers you can select with the A button are on the left, and there
are 4 gun turrets in each of the room's corners shooting at you. You must
solve each step of the problem by selecting the number that fills in the ?
slot, and bring it to the highlighted ? block on the right side (press A to
drop the number in). If you mess up or get hit by an enemy, you lose a life.
After you solve the problem, you will go to another flying area. Every 3
levels, you will run into a giant brain boss; shoot at it to defeat it and go
on to the next stage, where more/new enemies will be introduced.
Course 2
--------
This is the same as Course 1, but this time there are more enemies in each
flying area, and the math problems you have to solve are more complex (Hint:
You CAN pause in the rooms where you have to solve the math problems!).

Fraction Addition & Subtraction (分数のたし算とひき算)
=====================================================
===============================
Fraction Addition (分数のたし算)
===============================
Course 1
--------
In this mode, you have control of a girl in a field with baskets in front of
the numbers (odd on the left, even on the right). On the top of the screen,
you will see the problem that needs to be solved. At the start, it will seem
like there are many small pebbles in the field, but if you press B to water
them, they will grow into the different stages of red or white plants. You
can stun your enemies with a spray by pressing A. The objective is to get a
WHITE plant into its ball state, and push it into the basket pertaining to
the number that fits the blinking ? in the problem above. If you fill the
right basket, you get 500 points; if not, you lose a bit of time. If you get
hit by an enemy or run out of time, you lose a life.
Course 2
--------
It is the same as Course 1, but the problems are more complex and require
more steps to fully solve.
