Yet another new phlog format

Ok, so I know I change the phlog format on what seems to be a post by post basis
but I'm really trying to find something which is both simple to use and nicely
formatted for reading.  This version is incredibly simple, being a single text
file and I hope should be somewhat easier to maintain since it requires no extra
software to edit.

This also means that all my previous phlog posting software is abandoned since
I'm no longer using it and I appear to be its only user.  If this isn't the case appologies.

I'm hoping to post more very soon but it's getting close to the time when I need
to go and do the day job.
