A Light's Tale. Shine is something that Light gains the ability to do as soon as he gains the Flashlight, the most
important item in the whole game. The syntax for shine is: SHINE FLASHLIGHT AT ____________. There are

when Light makes his flashlight go from a small, trivial bit of light to an incredibly high-powered beam of light.
