How would the 22nd Amendment be enforced? [1]

The constitution of the United States says a lot of things. But, the Supreme Court already said states can’t enforce the constitution when they said that they couldn’t keep Trump off the ballot because he had let an insurrection. They didn’t say he had not led an insurrection. They just said the states didn’t have the right to enforce that constitutional provision.
He and his minions are now championing the cause of him serving a third term.www.msnbc.com/…
As the 22nd Amendment says, “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.” but this bunch is willing to push every single rule, norm, and law to its extreme and it seems like more often than not that is winning strategy for them. How the heck will we keep him off the ballot if he’s still alive in 2028? Who enforces that? I sure would appreciate your input.
