Good evening, Kibitzers!

Here it is, almost Memorial Day weekend. How does that happen? This one was especially stealthy because the weather keeps flapping back and forth between March and June. This week in the Boston area is more April-ish, maybe early May, but it’s not much cooler than what New Jersey is getting. I am perfectly happy with it being like this, by the way, as you surely know by now.

Rather than keep trying to remember to link to Brainwrap’s most recent diary, I think I’m just going to plunk his diaries page right here. If you are thinking you’d like to make some high-impact-even-if-small donations to Democrats, he is the man who can help you out.

I started seeing this one guy’s YouTube videos being offered to me, and I realized that is because he’s a senior video producer at Vox, and he made the piece about AI art having trouble with hands, that I included in this KTK from April. His name is Phil Edwards, and he also has his own YouTube channel, where he muses on stuff that attracts his attention but has not turned into a Vox video.

The link on his name above is to his author page at Vox — he does not have a Wikipedia page (although the surfer Phil Edwards does — different guy!), so there’s only as much information out there as he offers. Which is fair.
