The Art of Being Human [1]

Becoming a Being with Human-ness is an art and discipline...especially in these days of domination by lost souls. The frontier guides can no longer read the signs on the trail. The signs of our neglect and non-allegiance to this art and discipline are all around us and meant to shock us everyday. Additionally, the “big bucks mammon addicts” feel entitled to steer our hearts, minds, and bodies away from the places where our attentions need to be in order to fulfill our Human-ness. This is what lost souls do when they cannot justify their own isolation.

If you are disconnected from Nature, even if in a small portion, you are lonely and confused. I don’t care who you think you are. The art of becoming a truly authentic Being in control of one’s Human-ness must be found in our relationship with our environment. One doesn’t isolate one’s self from his and/or her natural environment and then become confused by their feelings of alone-ness. Your thoughts construct your dreams and your dreams construct your reality. It’s on you and no one else.

Of course, we have to allow for the fact that all of us have been conditioned to ignore Nature and become cogs in a mechanical wheel that was forced upon us by our forefathers and foremothers. But, now we know better and the time for us to change course is running short. Those who define their Human-ness by the size of their bank accounts are obviously false prophets and buffoons of the highest order. The age of the dictators and authoritarians who seek to dominate and bluff their way into positions of power so that they can hold onto the old reins of authority and demonstrate their vast self-importance to the masses is fading away. The planet has already read the tea leaves!! We have begun the transition away from dependence upon others and towards self-empowerment by fulfilling our destinies as both physical and spirit beings who have come to this planet to re-order the flow of energy.

Slowing and turning a steam engine doesn’t happen overnight. Every act of kindness and compassion is another ring of power in the engine that now functions to alter our future trajectory. We cannot loose faith nor alter our course. The children are depending on us to perform. Mother Earth is in better shape than you imagine or the media pundits want you to believe. No spirit council of Elders would allow this planet to fail under any conditions. Change is both difficult and necessary. Until the planet can fully function as a support device for our Human-ness, in all aspects of our Human construct, we will have to practice patience. It is very tempting to focus on the negative and feel a sense of self-importance with our insights and observations, but a positive attitude and approach about self, life, and others will go a lot further in cementing in our ability to practice the art of becoming a Human Being sooner than later.
