Organizing progressives
Did:
called 3 people:
Chair of local dem party: learned that perhaps what I want is actually a progressive club. Got contact info of two others.

Leader of state progressive caucus. We set a date for a conversation.
To do:
Make a flowchart if one is not already made, of the ranks of powers/ organization structure of the Democratic Party. This will be instrumental in my progressive luncheon next Sunday.
Organizing for the Right to Clean Water Ballot Initiative
Did:
Met with my co-chair of the RTCW DECF committee to plan our first two meetings: 1) a general body meeting and 2) a subcommittee meeting where we will train folks statewide on our canvassing project.
Got meeting 1 outline done
Got us more tables
To do:
Send meeting 1 outline to President for approval.
Manage my 15 college volunteers: set up the next activity for them. Call all of them, see who’s where this summer.
Call Coastal Conservation Association (a fishing club who’s banquet I attended) and try to get their support for Right to Clean Water Ballot Initiative: step 1) call my fisherman friend and draft a proposal
Have poster laminated
Get with petition perfecting team, set a date to join them
Organize Community Cleanup
