Anheuser-Busch Still Reeling from GOP Boycott, Has Look at 2022 Donations [1]

Anheuser-Busch (InBev), still reeling from the Republican boycott of their products because they partnered with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, looks back at their largest political donations from last year and wonders how the GOP “culture wars” could have possibly caught up with them…

There is actually more to this story, as it has become a textbook lesson in how not to react to backlash. In addition to MAGAs boycotting the products, gay bars are also now refusing to sell Anheuser-Busch beverages after the company pretty much threw Dylan Mulvaney under the bus, distancing themselves from the social media influencer as they try to recover from the hit to their sales and market position. In doing so, A-B demonstrated that they don’t actually hold the values they pretended to when partnering with the transgender community, but merely did it for a buck.
