Constitution of the Confederates 1868
After the Arkansas Militia Reconstruction Era ended in 1874. The lynchings of freed blacks increased. There were towns blacks couldn’t go to. This was called Sundown Towns.The Sundown town were marked with signs stating “Nigger do not let the sun go down or No Niggers allowed”. Here are the towns and counties: LYNCHING
Harrison , Boone County Riots in 1905 and 1909.
