Let’s just say definitively that Joan McCarter will be on hand, because that’s the kind of person she is. And we give her credit for that. Boom! Done! That’s it!

Now, as for what we’ll talk about, well, that’s another matter entirely. But that’s what you come for, isn’t it? To hear what she’s got top of mind?

And you know, while we’re handing out credit, don’t you really deserve recognition for showing up, too? I mean, you don’t have to. But that’s the kind of person you are.

Quite honestly, I don’t even know what the hell I’m doing in all this. But I know this much: if I’m not here, no one will answer the “phone” when Joan calls.
