USA: Donald Trump increases immigration measures

The Trump administration announced the hardening of speedy deportations by reducing the cases that would require going through the courts. With the new rules, any undocumented migrant who does not prove that he has been in the country for two uninterrupted years can be expelled immediately.

The new policy is expected to take effect today, July 23, when it is published in the official gazette and establishes that a person can be immediately deported regardless of where they are and without having to access a legal representative. The Department of Homeland Security reported that the new regulations will allow more immigrants to be expelled more effectively.
