NB: this guide has been written with the French version of the game so I’m
sorry if some of the quest’s names are not well translated. I am going to
try to do this as good as I can.
I’m sorry if sometimes my English is kind of bad, I’m trying my best to
avoid mistakes.
- Some quests prerequisites are easiest to do when you finish
the main coliseum story because you can choose difficulty or
even the character you will confront. You can of course
sometimes trigger some of the achievement by luck but I will
tell you when it’s can be done after game.
- I haven’t played the main adventure yet so I do not know
anything about it.
- When a prerequisite tell “ win XX times with XX” , It can be
done using another character but with the prerequisites
character as support
- Maybe some character won’t unlock until you have not progress
in Coliseum story. But don’t worry, if you have done the
prerequisite, the character will unlock as soon the story is
moved forward enough.

Part 1 : Character unlocking
Unlocking Zoro
Win the C league and enter the B league
Unlocking Nami
Win 2 Duels
Unlocking Usopp
League C Champion
Unlocking Sanji
Win the C league and enter the B league
Unlocking Chopper
League C Champion
Unlocking Robin
Win two times with Nami
(You can use another character as long you’ve got Nami as support)
Unlocking Franky
6 counter with Zoro
(Wait for and attack and press 0 when “counter” appeared)
Unlocking Brook
Win two times with a team of Sanji and any female character
Unlocking Hancock
Win 3 mêlée
Unlocking Crocodile
- Dodge 15 times with Hancock
- “Word object” 5 times activated
(I think they are talking about the little sentence your
character says when you see an “R” above him)
Unlocking Ace
- Win 5 Battle Royale
- 1 group attack
Unlocking Jimbei
- 8 special attack with Ace
- 20 dodge with Ace
- 2 Group attack with Luffy and Ace
Unlocking Whitebeard
- 600 enemies killed with Shanks
o Hints: you can do this by playing in mêlée mode. The number
of enemy is different when you choose easy (50 enemies),
Average (100 enemies) and Hard (150 enemies). My advice is to
wait for the hard mode to unlock in order to do “only” 4 run of
mêlée
- Win 3 times with Ace and Jimbei
- Coliseum Champion
o ( finish the coliseum main story)
Unlocking Baggy
- Survival mode 1 time
- Win 3 Battle Royale with Luffy
Unlocking Shanks
- Win against 20 Boss with Baggy
o There is a two nice hint here.
1) Go to duel mode, difficulty easy. Choose Baggy and
you will fight a boss. Baggy has a special power who
let him have for a short time unlimited SP so use it
ASAP when the fight start and use 3 or 4 time Baggy
level 1 special attack . Do this 20 and it’s done.
2) You can also go into survival mode and you will have
between 5 or 7 bosses in one run but the unlimited SP
trick will only work on the first and maybe last boss
because of the cooldown of the power
- 2 group attack with Baggy
You can use another character as long you’ve got Baggy as
support
- Dodge 25 times with Baggy
Unlocking Akainu
- Win against 90 Boss
- 6 group attack
- Win against Akainu using Ace
o My advice here is to wait to be coliseum champion so you
can choose your opponent.
Unlocking Fujitora
- Win 3 melee with Doflamingo
- Win against 25 Boss with Akainu
- 12 times Akainu Special Attack
Unlocking Doflamingo
- Coliseum Champion
Part 2: Boss Quest Unlocking
NB: The name of the quest may be wrong because I have the French version so
please forgive me if the quests name is not quite right
Boss Quest “Catching Caesar”
- Win 5 times with Law and Luffy
Boss Quest “I will protect you!”
- Win 1 times with Luffy and Hancock
Boss Quest “Albasta Conquest”
- 5 special attack with Crocodile
Boss Quest “Mont Corvo delights”
- Win 1 times against Blackbeard using Ace
Boss Quest “Enies Lobby escape”
- 3 group attack with Jimbei
Boss Quest “Turf wars”
- Win 1 time with Whitebeard and Jimbei
Boss Quest “Captain Challenge!”
- Win 1 time against Luffy using Baggy
Boss Quest “Threat on Fuchsia!”
- Win 1 time with Shanks and Baggy
Boss Quest “Duel in Punk Hazard!”
- Win 3 Battle royale with Akainu
Boss Quest «Joker’s Riddle!”
- 3 group attack with Akainu and Fujitora
Boss Quest «the big summit!”
- Win 1 time against Law using Doflamingo
- Win 3 times in difficult mode
Boss Quest «Pay attention to the throb!”
- Win 3 times using Hancock and another female character
Boss Quest “Cursed Generation!”
- Win 3 duel with Akainu
- Win 3 duel with Fujitora
Boss Quest “Whitebeard Pirates!”
- Win 5 battle Royale with Whitebeard
Boss Quest «Duty above all!”
- Win 3 battle Royale with Doflamingo
- Win 3 battle Royale with Fujitora
o Use Doflamingo / Fujitora team
Boss Quest «power of the alliance!”
- Win 20 times in survival mode
- Part 3 : Element unlocking

Theses quest unlock some item you can use during the main adventure. Like I
said, I haven’t done it yet so I don’t know where to find them after you
did the prerequisite. Sorry about that
Element “Healing potion A”
- Enter the B league
- Win 15 times
Element “Healing potion B”
- 2 Deflection using Luffy
o Hint: to do the two deflections, go to duel mode, choose
Luffy as player and Baggy as opponent and wait for him
to shoot the muggy balls twice and deflect them.
- Kill 500 enemies with Luffy
- Win 1 time against Akainu using Luffy
Element “Additive”
- Create 2 remedy with Chopper
o Remedy can be create by using the Chopper’s level 2
special attack
- 2 deflections using Chopper
o Hint: to do the two deflections, go to duel mode, choose
Chopper as player and Baggy as opponent and wait for him
to shoot the muggy balls twice and deflect them.
- Win 1 time against Wapol using Chopper
Element “Compose Chemical”
- Kill 150 enemies using Robin
o Go to melee and choose Difficult mode to do it in one
run
- 10 times pursuit with Robin
o Pursuit is a special move like deflection and dodge but
I still don’t get it how to trigger it … sometimes it
happened ^-^”
- Win 1 time against Lucci using Robin
Element “Ingredient A”
- Kill 6 bosses with Law
- Win 3 melees with Law
- 6 counter with law
Element “Ingredient B”
- 3 special attack with Sanji
- 6 counter with Sanji
- 2 “ coup du chef” with Sanji
o Like Remedy for Chopper, “coup du chef” is Sanji’s
special attack level 2.
Element “Ingredient C”
- Kill 500 enemies with Buggy
o Go to melee and choose Difficult mode to do it in 4 run
- 3 group attack with Shanks and Luffy
Element “Lexical Bonus A”
- Win 3 melees with Nami
- Win against 5 boss with Nami
o Can be done in survival mode in one run using another
Character but be sure to select Nami as support
Character
- Steal 8 times with Nami
o Steal is a special move like deflection and dodge
Element “Lexical Bonus B”
- Win 2 survival with Franky
- 6 special attack with Franky
- 12 counter with Franky
o Hint: to do the 12 counter, go to duel mode, choose
Franky as player and Baggy as opponent and wait for him
to shoot the muggy balls.
Element “Lexical Bonus C”
- Win 1 time with Doflamingo/ crocodile team
- Win against 20 bosses using Crocodile
- Kill 500 enemies with Doflamingo
o Go to melee and choose Difficult mode to do it in 4 run
Element “Seed”
- Win 5 times in average difficulty
- Activate Word object 10 times
o I think they are talking about the little sentence your
character says when you see an “R” above him
Element “Aquatic Beast A”
- Win 1 time against Mihawk using Zoro
- 1 group attack with Zoro and Sanji
Element “Aquatic Beast B”
- 15 dodge with Brook
- 3 group attack with Brook
- Win 3 melees with Brook

- Win 1 time against Whitebeard using Akainu
- 5 win with Fujitora
Element “Ground Beast A”
- 3 win with Usopp
- 10 pursuit with Usopp
- 1 group attack with Usopp and Chopper

- Win 6 duel with Hancock
- Win 3 survival with Jimbei
