To get the reward of 405.00$, you need to do four specific tags.
After doing the first two tags, climb the ladder by the bike park (D-11),
jump on the roof in front of you, then on the one on the left and finally on
the upper one. There is a tag to do here.
Now for the tricky part, go back to the previous roof and use your skateboard
to jump on the roof of the warehouse North of your position. Be sure to get
off of you skateboard as soon as you land, otherwise you might fall down.
Spray another tag here.
Go back down and North of the Medical center emergency (C-12) to climb another
ladder and jump to the nearest roof to do one more tag.
For the last one, go back down and South of the building wich is also South of
the Medical center emergency (C-12). Climb the ladder there and follow the

When you are chasing Gary, before walking on the planks, hide behind something
and wait for him to shoot at you. Once you dodge his brick, walk on the planks
and follow him.
The final fight with Gary is easier than most of the regular guys you had a
fight with. So my only advice would be to punch him to your heart containt.
