Go to Select Team screen
A second Northeast division will be available
The teams are Williams, 99ers, Canada, and USA

At Options screen
Hold C Left, C Up, or C Down then tap R Button
A 16 digit bar code will appear (only 6 digits change)

100000 Big Heads (hold C Down, tap R)
010000 Giant Heads (hold C Down, tap R twice)
110000 Small Heads (hold C Down, tap R three times)
001000 Small Players (hold C Left, tap R)
000100 Big Players (hold C Left, tap R twice)
000010 Fat Players (hold C Up, tap R)
000001 Skinny Players (hold C Up, tap R twice)
Mix these codes for added effects
ex. 110100 Big Players with Small Heads
