the complete version. But everybody can send me tips and questions. If they are

Narrator: Our story begins with our humble hero, Goku. It has been a long time
since he has last seen his childhood friends, and so he has decided to meet
with them at the house of his old Martial Arts master. Coming along with him
is his young six-year old son, Gohan...
Goku: What an interesting magazine... I better keep Gohan from seeing this
magazine! Master Roshi's bedroom is upstairs. I better stay down here. Whoa,
this one has quite a cover!
Bulma: Hi Goku! Who is this little cutie?
Goku: This is Gohan! Chi-Chi and I named him after my grandfather.
Bulma: Hi there, little guy!
Gohan: ...
Bulma: Hahaha! Boy, he sure is cute... it is good to see you again, Goku. That
little Gohan sure is cute.
Krillin: Hey Gohan, are you going to be a great martial artist like your dad?
Gohan: Uhmmm...
Goku: Er, um, Chi-Chi wants him to concentrate on his studies. She doesn't
want him doing anything dangerous.
Krillin: Hmm, that's no fun... It sure is good to see everyone again, isn't it
Goku?
Master Roshi: I though Oolong had stolen that one from me!
Goku: Of course, Master Roshi. Don't stare at those girls too long though...
Master Roshi: Hee hee! Yippee!
Turtle: I don't know what he sees in those magazines...

Raditz: You are, of course! You're not from this planet. You are a Saiyan
warrior, like me... your brother.
Goku: A Saiyan? Your brother? I don't believe you!
Raditz: You were sent here as a child to cleanse this pitiful planet of these
humans. But somehow you've forgotten who you really are.
Master Roshi: It must have happened when you hit your head as a child. Oh my!
Goku: I would never do anything to hurt people! This is my home, and these are
my friends.
Raditz: I see you have become soft. Perhaps your son will make do in your
place.
Goku: What? Gohan! No!
Gohan: Daddy!
Krillin: Great, now Piccolo too?!
Piccolo: Calm down, I'm not here to fight you.
Master Roshi: Huh?
Goku: Why are you here then, Piccolo? We have enough to worry about.
Piccolo: That guy who was just here... I met him earlier. I think he's much
more powerful than both of us, Goku. So I suggest a truce. We can settle our
own differences later.
Goku: Why should we trust you?
Piccolo: Because he is a bigger threat to me than you, Goku. Together maybe we
have a chance.
Krillin: No way, Goku. Don't listen to him!
Piccolo: I'll go ahead without you and we can meet up later.
Goku: Us a team? Sounds risky... but I like it! I'd better get going; I need
to rescue my son. The fastest way to travel is... NIIIMBUUUSSS!!!
Master Roshi: Your brother needs a real attitude adjustment, Goku!
Turtle: This is terrible! Go, Goku! You can't waste any time - find Gohan!

Goku: There is no time to rest around the house - I've got to get going! Chi-
Chi warned me yesterday about a snake problem in the woods. I better watch my
step!
Chi-Chi: Goku! You're back already?
Goku: Hey Chi-Chi! Well, er, yes...
Chi-Chi: Where is Gohan?
Goku: He's... you see... it's a long story...
Chi-Chi: Goku!
Goku: Everything is fine! I'm about to pick him up to bring him home. Don't
worry!
Chi-Chi: If anything happens to our son, I swear... Why haven't you picked up
Gohan yet?
Bird: *sniff* Waaaaaaaghhhhhh! *Whimper* *sniff* He stole my egg... that
heartless monster... *sniff*
Goku: That poor mother lost her egg. I understand how she feels...
Bird: *sniff* My precious egg... my poor little baby... *sniff*
Chiaotzu: Hello Goku!
Goku: Good to see you, Chiaotzu!
Chiaotzu: Are you ok? You look worried about something.
Goku: My son is in trouble. I'm searching for him right now.
Chiaotzu: Oh no! Well, if we can help, let us know!
Goku: I will, Chiaotzu, but I'm afraid I need to take care of this myself.

Tien: Well, Chiaotzu and I are just training out here, so if you need help
give the word.
Goku: I think I can handle this. Besides, Piccolo is going to assist me.
Tien: Piccolo!? You're kidding, right?
Goku: Don't ask.

Old Man: *grumble* I can't believe I got stuck out here again! I hate water.
Goku: Um, ok... Maybe I could fly you back across?
Old Man: Are you crazy?! In the air?! Worse than water! I wish I had some kind
of darn bridge! Well, look at that! Thanks for the stepping stones, boy!
Goku: I'm not sure how you got there in the first place... but try not to get
stuck again, ok?
Old Man: I'll do my best.
Narrator: You receive some herbs. You receive 350 experience points. Your

Old Man 2: What is it that troubles you?
Goku: I'm searching for my son who has been kidnapped by my evil brother. He's
extremely dangerous.
Old Man 2: I see. Perhaps I can be of assistance.
Goku: Really?
Old Man 2: Yes, but you are not yet ready to proceed!
Goku: What do I need to do?
Old Man 2: There are several disturbances in this forest. Quiet the forest and
you shall be ready.
Goku: Certainly, I'll see what I can do.
Old Man 2: My poor little kitty Neko has wondered off somewhere... Neko must
be so frightened. The forest is still unsettled. Perhaps you should continue
your investigation. Return to me when you have completed your task for I have
something special for you.
Cat: Meeeow.
Goku: Here kitty... kitty. Little kitty, where are you?
Cat: Meeeow.
Goku: Your name tag says 'Neko'. Hey little Neko, you must be lost.
Cat: Meeeow.
Old Man 2: Neko tells me that you are the one who helped him.
Cat: Meow.
Goku: He is a playful little thing!
Old man 2: I cannot thank you enough, young man. Neko and I are in your debt.
Goku: Looks like some smithing goes on in here.
Lady: Where could my daughter be? *sniff* I'm so worried about her! She
usually doesn't go far - just picking flowers and playing by the river. She
always talks about a grove of flowers high up that she can't reach. I hope she
doesn't try to climb the rocks!
Husband: I feel like I've looked everywhere, but I can't find her.
Goku: Mmmmm, something good is cooking in there!
Lady: That is a chocolate cake for Sue. Her favorite.
Old Lady: Oh! You startled me! Who are you?
Goku: My name is Goku. I'm searching for my son, Gohan.
Old lady: Kids just keep running away! Our neighbor's child is missing right
now too. Well, I hope my sons don't get any ideas of running off.
Boat Boy: Awww, man, it's not fair.
Goku: What is not fair?
Boat boy: Me and my brother Cory got into a fight and since he is bigger than
me, I lost. Then he took my favorite boat and threw it out onto the island in
the middle of the pond! I can't swim out that far!
Narrator: You retrieved the boat.
Boat boy: You got my boat! Yaaaay! Thanks a lot.
Narrator: You receive 200 experience points.
Boat boy: My brother is annoying - all he talks about is stupid girls. Blech!
Doesn't he know girls have cooties? Everyone knows that.
Sue: *sniff*
Goku: What's wrong?
Sue: I'm lost and I can't find my way back home. Can you help me?
Goku: Well sure! Just tag along beside me ok?
Sue: Oh, thank you, thank you, mister!
Puar: Whee, it's Goku!
Goku: Hey Puar - what's happening?
Puar: Oh, Yamcha wanted to train out here for a little while, but I warned him
he shouldn't.
Goku: Why is that?
Puar: Because he has to play in a baseball game today!
Goku: That is dedication.
Narrator: You receive 500 experience points!
Puar: You should come out and see Yamcha play ball!
Yamcha: What's up, Goku? It's been a while!
Goku: Hey, Yamcha! Yeah it has...
Yamcha: Hey, if you see Bulma, will you tell her I said 'hello'?
Goku: No problem. What are you up to these days?
Yamcha: I'm playing baseball right now, but I usually skip practice to polish
my fighting skills. Coach isn't too happy about that.
Goku: I'll have to come see you play sometime!
Yamcha: Sure! I have a game in just a few hours actually!
Goku: Well, er, I won't be able to make that. But some other time!
Yamcha: You got it.

Boy: Hi! Your poppa came over here asking if you were around.
Sue: I have to get back right away! Thanks Cory.
Cory: Hey! Who are you, mister?
Goku: My name is Goku. I'm helping her get back home.

Sue: Gou found me and saved my life!
Cory: Hemmph. Yeah, well, we'll hang out sometime Sue, ok?
Lady: Thank you for rescuing our daughter, Goku! I'll keep a closer eye on Sue
in the future. Someday if you have kids you'll understands my worries...
Goku: I have a son, Gohan. He's as much as I can handle right now.
Husband: My little girl! She's ok!
Sue: Poppa, this man found me and brought me home!
Lady: Thanks you so much for keeping her safe!
Husband: There are few things worse than fearing for your child's safety.
Goku: Believe me, I know.
Husband: Have you heard of the old Wise Man of the forest? I hear that if you
yell 'North Star' outside his door, he'll bring you inside. I'm too afraid to
try.
Cory: *Mumble* ... *mumble*...
Goku: Can I help you?
Cory: Huh? Oh hey, it's you. I'm thinking about what I can get for someone.
Goku: You mean that girl, Sue, right?
Cory: Er, well, um...
Goku: Ha ha! No problem - I'll help you out!
Cory: Really? Thanks!
Goku: Any ideas what she might like?
Cory: I dunno. Girls really like flowers don't they? I don't know why, but...
No good flowers yet, huh?
Old Man: I sense that the forest is at peace. I also sense gratitude from the
forest for your efforts.
Goku: So you will be able to help me with my search?
Old Man: Yes. I know who you are, Goku. The exit through the skull behind me
will lead you to the lands of your enemy.
Goku! I almost forgot about your reward! I shall teach you the technique of
Solar Flare! Use it wisely, for it temporarily blinds your enemies. It is time
to continue creating your legacy.

Goku: Give Gohan back to me... now!
Raditz: Are you then prepared to join me? Come Kakarot, we could rule the
universe!
Goku: ...
Raditz: Your whole purpose in life is to conquer, and destroy! We are Saiyans!
It is in our blood!
Goku: I may have been born a Saiyan, but that is not my purpose! Don't make
this any more difficult!
Raditz: Very well, brother. Now you will see the wrath of a true Saiyan! It is
a shame.
Narrator: You receive 4000 experience points.
Raditz: Ugh! Don't be a fool, brother! His blast will kill us both!
Goku: If that's what it takes to save this planet, I'm ready.
Raditz: Argh!
Piccolo: Special Beam Cannon!
Goku: ...
Gohan: Daddy! Get up, daddy!
Goku: I... I can't, Gohan... not this time...

Goku: I love you, Gohan.
Piccolo: Your father died to save Earth, kid. He was more noble than I
thought. The afterlife will be ready for him...

King Yenma: Welcome to the afterlife, Goku. Tell me you're not going to create
any problems like your brother.
Goku: I'm a bit different than my brother.
King Yenma: Haha! I'm sure you are. King Kai will be pleased to meet you.
Kami: That was a brave sacrifice you made, Goku.
Goku: I would do anything for my son, Kami.
Kami: You saved not only Gohan, but perhaps everyone else on Earth. But all is
not well.
Goku: What is wrong?
Kami: As we speak, two more Saiyan warriors are on their way to Earth. They
are coming to get the Dragon Balls so that they may gain eternal life. But
your friends are collecting the Dragon Balls so that they can wish you back to
Earth, in order to protect it once again! Go to the End of Snake Way and train
with King Kai. He will make you powerful enough to face these new foes.
Goku: I'm on my way.
Kami: There is no time to waste, Goku. Snake Way is not a short road to cross.
Princess Snake: Why hello there! A handsome stranger on Snake Way!
Goku: Thanks. I think...
Princess Snake: Perhaps you'd like to dance with me?
Goku: Well, I don't really dance...
Princess Snake: Then better yet, why don't I eat you?
Goku: What?
Narrator: You receive 3500 experience points!
Red HFIL helper: Ergh! What do you want, funny guy?
Goku: I'm just trying to see King Kai.
Red HFIL helper: You know, you've got to be fast if you want to get across
Snake Way! Let's see if you can catch me, slow poke! Then maybe I'll show you
where he is.
Goku: Holy cow, that guy is fast! I can't even see where he went... Maybe one
of these spirits saw which way he went.
Goku: Man, check out that tree! There is a fruit on it that looks pretty
amazing...
Blue HFIL helper: This tree is none of your business! Looks like you're lost
there little buddy.
Goku: Yes I am. I'm looking for a guy named King Kai, but I fell off Snake Way
and now I don't know how to get back.
Blue HFIL helper: Well move along, this is King Yenma's fruit, and you're not
allowed to touch it! There's a magical barrier there just for people like you.
Purple HFIL helper: How could I have lost him? I'm going to lose my job this
time. King Yenma won't be pleased. I've gone all week without losing a spirit.
Purple HFIL helper: Thank you! You found him! You're coming with me, trouble-
maker.
Spirit: Here is another lost soul!
Narrator: You receive 500 experience points.
Spirit 3: Ahh, I'm slightly less lonely now.
Purple HFIL helper: Wow, that's all of them! Maybe King Yenma won't find out
after all...
Goku: Now that I have helped you, can you help me?
Purple HFIL helper: That is what HFIL assistants do!
Goku: I'm really hungry; do you have anything to eat?
Purple HFIL helper: This is the Home For Infinite Losers, not a restaurant!
The only one allowed to eat here is King Yenma, and his fruit is guarded by
the red devil and a magical barrier... I can lift the barrier if you can
distract the red devil.
Blue HFIL helper: You again? Tell you what, if you go help out my buddy over
by the fitness center, then maybe I'll let you go up those stairs... But don't
count on it! Just leave me alone, and don't create any mischief!
Goku: This fruit looks pretty tasty!
Red HFIL helper: What?! Is that King Yenma's fruit?! Give me that! That's only
for King Yenma!
Goku: Got you!
Red HFIL helper: Hey wait a second! You tricked me!
Goku: Now will you show where King Kai is?
Red HFIL helper: Well, alright. Observe... Let's see, how do I get that crack
to appear... Ah ha! There we are. Alright, well... Go through here. This will
take you to King Kai.
Goku: Hey, thanks a lot!
Blue HFIL helper: What? You just let him go like that?!
Red HFIL helper: Hahaha... He's got a surprise coming to him!
Goku: Oh great! I'm back at the beginning!
Goku: Snake Way seems to go on forever! I've got to be getting close to the
end now! I can see King Kai's Planet floating in the air to the left... I'll
have to fly over there!

Goku: Are you King Kai?
King Kai: Well of course I am! Do you see any other Kais around here? I didn't
think so!
Goku: Er, ok. Well, um, can you train me to defeat the Saiyans who are
approaching Earth?
King Kai: Saiyans, eh? There aren't many of them left in the universe. Their
whole planet was destroyed, but the ones who survived are extremely powerful!
You'll have to train hard!
Goku: Thank you, King Kai.
King Kai: First let's see how well you can run on this high-gravity planet.
Chase Bubbles and try to catch him! If you do, we can move on to the next
test!
Goku: Sounds easy enough.
King Kai: Go Bubbles.
Gregory: I don't get it... I'm the fastest there is! You shouldn't have caught
me in a million years!!
King Kai: My goodness, you're the best student I've ever had! Incredible
timing! It took King Yenma longer!
Goku: Really?!
King Kai: Oh my, yes! Since you have improved so much, I am able to teach you
the Kame Hame Ha attack, which is more powerful than any attack you have seen
so far!
Narrator: Your speed increases! You receive 1500 experience points.
King Kai: Your friends have collected the Dragon Balls and made the wish! It
is time for you to return to Earth - Kami is waiting for you at his lookout.
Please visit me again! Hehehe! I mean, I hope you don't have to visit me
again!
Goku: I could fly down to Earth from here...
Korrin: It has been a long while.
Goku: Yes, it has been master.
Korrin: Take these Senzu Beans with you. They will greatly aid your cause.
Goku: Thank you very much, Korrin.
Korrin: I wish you luck! Ah, there's nothing quite as nice as a Senzu Bean...
Mr. Popo: You're looking very fit, Goku! I'm really worried though... These
Saiyans are true monsters! Be careful.
Goku: Don't worry Mr. Popo... and thanks!
Kami: Welcome back, Goku. The fate of the world is now in your hands. Your
friends have been fighting valiantly, but meeting defeat! Go now to the
wastelands where your opponents await!

Boy: Hey, you! Can you help me out?
Goku: How'd you get stuck up here on the ledge?
Boy: I was exploring out here, and the wolves chased me up the rocks! Thanks
so much, mister.
Lady: I wonder how the stock market is doing today... Did you hear that the
Capsule Corporation is debuting some new gizmo in South City? It sounds rather
exciting! I think one of these days I'm going to move to South City. Pepper
Town bores me.
Guy 2: I sure am hungry. Maybe I'll head to the cafe. Do you think eight cups
of coffee a day is too much? I'm glad there any coffee robbers! That would be
a real tragedy.
Agent 2: Thank you very much, citizen! That was remarkable.
Goku: No problem. Anything to help.
Agent 2: How would you like a job with the force, young man?
Goku: Hmm, I have other problems to take care of, but thanks.
Krillin: Goku, you made it!
Goku: Yep! Just in time!
Krillin: Yamcha, Tien, and Chiaotzu are all gone... These Saiyans must have
unbelievable power levels... I know you can do it, Goku!
Gohan: Dad, you're back.
Goku: Yes, Gohan, I'm back. Don't worry - I'll handle it from here.
Gohan: Dad, Piccolo is dead. They've killed everyone except me and Krillin.
Krillin: It is true, Goku... We trained so hard... for nothing!
Goku: Not for nothing, you held them long enough for me to return. More
powerful than ever!
Gohan: Be careful, daddy!
Vegeta: So you're the one who beat Raditz? Hopefully you're a lot more
challenging than your pathetic friends. Why don't you have a little chat with
Nappa so that I don't have to waste my time destroying you? Talk to Nappa, I'd
rather not waste my time on a weakling you.
Nappa: So, this is Kakarot, eh? Doesn't look too tough to me!
Goku: ...
Vegeta: I sense Kakarot's power has grown since Raditz was here. You should
still be able to handle him easily though, Nappa.
Nappa: I'll crush the little traitor, Vegeta!
Vegeta: Since you don't have your tail, I wouldn't expect you to know the form
of a true Saiyan. Only the sight of a moon will reveal it. Watch and learn,
weakling!
Krillin: Goku, can you hear me? Vegeta's too powerful for us in that giant ape
form.
Gohan: Daddy, are you alright?
Goku: Don't worry Gohan, I... I think I'm ok.
Krillin: Wait... what is that?
Krillin: Hey, Yajirobe is here! He cut off Vegeta's tail! it is about time he
did something useful!
Gohan: Look! He is transforming back to normal!
Vegeta: No... This isn't possible... my tail...!
Krillin: Way to go, Yajirobe! Without his tail, Vegeta can't transform
anymore. Gohan...? Oh no! Gohan is beginning to transform now too.
Krillin: Wow, Gohan sure did a number on Vegeta! We need to kill Vegeta now
that he's vulnerable!
Goku: Stop! Don't do it, Krillin! That's not the way to end this...
Krillin: But Goku, after all he's done to our friends you're just going to let
him get away?!
Goku: I don't feel right about this, Krillin. We need to show him mercy.
Krillin: Ok Goku, I just hope we don't end up regretting this!
Vegeta: I've somehow been defeated by this common Saiyan. I'll have my revenge
once I recover from this... Perhaps I'll go to Namek and collect the Dragon
Balls there. Then eternal life and limitless power will be mine!
Krillin: He is run away, Goku. I sure hope you're right about letting him
go...
Goku: Hey Gohan, are you alright?
Gohan: I'm ok daddy, are you ok?
Goku: Yeah, I'm alright but I think I have some serious healing to do!
Krillin: Chi-Chi's going to send you guys to the hospital!
Goku: What?! Oh no, not that!
Krillin: Well, the sooner you're healed, the sooner you can meet the rest of
us on the planet Namek! Gohan, Bulma and I had better start heading to Namek
right away. You can catch up with us using a Capsule ship as soon as you're
better, Goku!
Goku: I guess that's what we have to do. See you all on Namek!
Namek: H-Have you s-seen any saplings, friend?
Goku: I'm sorry... I'm not sure what you mean.
Namek: Our trees must be saved... They once g-gave life to our world, but are
now vanishing. These evil ones who have a-attacked our world, they are k-
killing us and our source of life. I must p-plant the saplings before I can
rest. If you find any baby t-trees, will you please plant them for me? It's
our o-only hope for the future...
Goku: This poor guy seems to be traumatized. If I come across any, I should
help him out.
Namek: *sniff* We thank you, stranger... Please, friend... there are still
more saplings to save...
Namek 3: Hmm, you don't look like Frieza or one of his men. Those fiends who
brought death to my village.
Goku: This Frieza must be looking for the Dragon Balls, like me. But I want to
use them to wish my friends back, not for power! I wonder if Frieza and Vegeta
are connected somehow...
Namek 3: My present weakness saddens me. I weep knowing that I can do nothing
to save the Dragon Balls or the ancient artefacts of my people.
Goku: What's this about ancient artifacts?
Namek 3: Three precious artifacts lie in a temple to the north of here. These
artifacts must be placed on their protective pedestals in the heart of the
temple. When all three are placed, they shall be saved. For the love of Namek
and our people, please do this. I beg you.
Goku: I'll take care of it, don't worry.
Namek 4: *sniff* Only me and my older brother are left.
Goku: What happened here?
Namek 4: Those men came here for our Dragon Ball. They took it and left. We
have nothing now! *cry*
Goku: ...
Namek 4: ... don't hurt me.
Goku: It is ok. I'm here to help.

to wish Piccolo back to life, which will bring the Earth Dragon Balls back...

Gohan: Hey dad! Bulma told us you were on your way to Namek! But I don't think
we can beat these guys. These are some of Frieza's best warriors! We have to
stop them somehow.
Goku: Hey Krillin, looks like you guys have your hands full here!
Krillin: Wow! I'm so glad you made it, Goku! We were really worried. This
monster Frieza, he's trying to get the Dragon Balls of Namek. And he's
destroying everything in his path! His elite fighting force, the Ginyu Squad
is here!
Recoome: Come and get it, shorty!
Krillin: You can beat 'em, Goku!
Vegeta: So you decided to show up, eh Kakarot?
Goku: Vegeta?! What are you doing here?
Vegeta: I'm here to get the Dragon Balls you idiot! Your little friends and I
have formed a team. You see, we have a common cause - none of us want Frieza
to have the Dragon Balls!

camber for one more use. I should only this rejuvenation chamber if I'm strong
enough to beat Frieza. After this, there is no turning back!
Krillin: Hey, do you like my new armor?
Goku: Not bad.
Krillin: We got re-equipped in the armory. You need to rest in the
rejuvenation chamber. Frieza will be here soon.
King Kai: Goku, good luck!
Goku: Thanks, King Kai.
King Kai: Now that your friends have wished Piccolo back to life, the Earth
Dragon Balls are back! Mr. Popo is collecting them so that we can wish
everyone that Frieza has killed back to Earth... Namek is unstable, Goku! You
must defeat Frieza and escape before it is too late.

Frieza: I've had enough of your mouth, little one!
Krillin: Aghhh, Goku, help me!
Goku: Krillin!!! No!!! How dare you Frieza! You've pushed me too far now -
I've become a Super Saiyan! Your time here is at an end!
Frieza: Super or not-super, you are taking your last breaths, monkey. This
planet is breaking under the stress of our battle. Die!
Frieza: Beaten by... a monkey... how...? At least I die knowing that you will
go with this planet's destruction.
Goku: Live or die, I can rest knowing that your evil stops here.
Narrator: The evil tyrant Frieza was defeated at the hands of Goku, the
legendary Super Saiyan. Back on the planet Earth, Goku's friends use the power
of the newly restored Dragon Balls to wish all of Frieza's victims back to
life. The Namekians, now on Earth and without a world of their own, wonder
