Hello, and welcome to my FAQ/Walkthrough for Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase.
If I remember correctly, this is the very first guide on the internet for this
game. So, I hope it helps because this will be the only guide for this game
you will probably see.
I actually purchased this game by accident. I asked for another game for my
GBA, like Super Mario or something, but my mum couldn't find it in the shop so
she got me this one. Anyway, I'm here now, so I hope you enjoy thid guide.

Here are the basic controls:

------------------------------ 4: Walkthrough --------------------------------

This is the main part of the game. This will get you 100% in the game. This is
also the main part of this guide.
You start off in this science lab thing, but to get to the levels, you need to
go into the Chemistry Lab (second door on right) then collect the two silver
ball things in there. When you've collected the two silver balls, leave
through the same door and go right. Then, go through the next door on the
right which is the Robotic Lab. At the end of this room, you should see a
machine. Stand by the machine and you will see a selection of levels.

4A: Coliseum

Start by pressing B and shooting the roman guard. Shooting him will stun him
so just walk past him when he's stunned. Collect all the biscuits on this path
and stun the next guard. Go through the next doorway on your left. When you
are through the doorway, stun the guard on your left and collect the three
items there. Then turn around and continue along down the side.
Along the side, there will be a few guards and even more Scooby Snacks.
Collect all of them and then go through the first open doorway you see. Go
left through the doorway and collect all the items you see, but watch out
for the guard. Then turn back and go to the doorway you just came from, but
don't go through it. Continue going straight and just go through the next
doorway.
Go right and stun the two guards patrolling. After a short while, you should
run into a book-like thing. Walking into it will warp you into a boss fight.
You should get a message on your screen saying "Jimkies! It's the Creeper".
BOSS FIGHT: Creeper
This is the first boss fight in the game. It is quite an easy fight once you
know what to do so I would give it a 3/5 rating. All you have to do is shoot
him with either of the four catapaults around the arena. If you jump onto the
platforms going up and down then jump onto the other platforms. If the creeper
is hasing you all you have to do is run into the catapault and it will shoot,
but it will only shoot if it has a blue stone in it. It will only take a
couple of hits before it dies. When it dies you defeat the boss, the level is
complete.
When you beat the boss, you will also unlock a little secret. He is the

4B: Ocean Chase
=:=:=:=:=:=:=:=:=
On this level you are on a Jet-Ski and you need to collect 38 Scooby Snacks
as well as defeating the boss at the end to complete this level. You can go
in three lanes - near, middle and far. Scooby Snacks appear on all three lanes
but it's not as simple as it sounds. Sharks will try and attack you from
behind so watch out for them. Oh, and you will see some rocks in this level,
you can use them as ramps so do so.
The ghost thing will appear towards the end of the level. It will fly over
your head and shoot little lightning bolts at you. To dodge them, just go up
and down and keep changing lanes. But, instead of just worrying about the
boss, you still need to collect the Scooby Snacks. When you collect all of
them, a book thing will appear (like the one in the previous level) in the
nearest lane. Collect it when you see it because if you miss it, you will have
to restart the whole level again.

NOTE: When you beat this level, go to the computer lab room and collect the
two silver balls. If you don't, you won't be able to play the next two levels.

4C: Prehistoric Jungle

This is quite a hard level, well, it's much harder than the previous two
levels. Anyway, you're in a prehistoric jungle, so there'll be cavemen and
dinosaurs to take care of.
You need to collect quite a lot of scooby snacks if you want to beat this
level. You can find loads of scooby snacks up in the trees, but watch out for
the cavemen throwing bananas. You can find the book thing right on the far
side of the jungle. When you find a gap in the ground at the very end of the
level, jump through it and the book should be on the right.
BOSS FIGHT: Gator Ghoul
This is a very easy fight - much easier than the first boss. All you need to
do is avoid the dinosaur as much as you can. Climb up on the trees to do this,
but when the screen shakes, drop down on his level and pick up the cocanuts.
Whenever you pick up a cocanut, you can shoot them at Gator to weaken him.
Just shoot him a couple of times to kill him and beat the level.

4D: Snow Chase
=:=:=:=:=:=:=:=:
This level is nearly exactly the same as the Ocean Chase level, but easier.
All the obstacles never come from behind you and they're always on the floor.
You'll just have to get past the snowmen, red and blue flags and snow-balls.
Other than that, the rest is just smooth snow-mobiling.
This level also has three lanes, just like the ocean chase level. You still
have to collect as many scooby snacks as you can because otherwise you won't
be able to complete the level. When you collect all the snacks, the book thing
will appear on the nearest lane.
Oh, and watch out for the boss. But you've beat him before so it shouldn't be
too hard.

4E: Boardwalk
=:=:=:=:=:=:=:=
At the start of this level you need to collect 71 Scooby Snacks in order to
progress to the next part of the level. Watch out for the clown doing cart-
wheels at the beginning of this stage. Most of the scooby snacks are above
you so jump on the shops and on the rooftops to collect the most snacks. There
are more than 71 snacks on this part so you shouldn't have many problems
collecting 71 snacks. When you've collected 71, go to the right side of the
level to get to the second part.
When you're in the second part of the fair/level, jump straight onto the ice-
cream shop and jump onto the roof of the next shop. From the roof of this
shop, you should be able to jump onto the window-sills and rooftops of houses.
When you've collected all of the scooby snacks (I can't remember exactly how
many there were), go to the far right of the fair to go into the third part
of the level.
When you're in the third part of the level, you need to collect 72 more scooby
snacks. This is probably the hardest of all the three parts of this level.
Start by collecting all the snacks on the floor, then go onto the rooftops by
the clown and collect all of the rest of the scooby snacks. Collect the
ticket by the end of the level and move to the fourth and final part of the
level.
Now, you need to collect just six more scooby snacks. They are really easy to
get, just run along the ground, but watch out for the ghost flying about, that
thing is annoying.
BOSS FIGHT: Old Iron Face
This is quite an easy fight. Well, this one is different to the previous two
because the boss doesn't just chase you like mad all the time. Go to the right
and jump up the two ledges by the wall. Head up the ledge and pick up the red
and white striped life-belt. Continue up all the ledges but watch out for the
rock/s falling down the levels. When you get to the top, you should see the
boss all the way on the left. Stand on the platform right next to the boss'
platform and press B to throw the life-belt at him.
When you throw it at him, you will weaken him. You will have to throw this
life-belt at the boss a few times to kill him. But, when you hit him, the
life-belt will disappear and you will have to find it again. Just keep
shooting life-belts at him to kill him and end the level.

4F: Arcade
=:=:=:=:=:=:
No doubt the most hardest level in the game. It is almost the same as the
previous one, though. You are in an arcade and you need to defeat the virus.
Watch out for the ghost thing because it appears randomly in front of you and
shoots little fireballs at you. And also watch out for those clowns doing
cart-wheels - man they're annoying. Anyway, you will have to collect 28 scooby
snacks to get through to the next part. Go through the big clowns mouth at the
end of this part to go onto the next part.
Again, you will need to collect 28 scooby snacks on this part, and so on for
the next part. So, just do what you did for the previous part, it's just as
hard. Anyway, in the last part, watch out for those black ghosts floating
around. Anyway, go to the end of this path to beat this level and the whole
game, in fact.
Congratulations, you just completed Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase! Well, now
you can finally move on!
