Version 1.0 The beginning.  Made step by step using gameboy, pausing and
writing whatever I had done.

INTRODUCTION
------------
I loved the movie (I saw it at least eleven times, no kidding), as for
the games...  I hoped that Capcom would make a better game than JLN out
of such franchise, but nevermind.
Here is the Walkthrough.

NOTES
-----
This walkthrough is meant to guide you directly to the ending avoiding
senseless wandering and injures. Since Capcom loves to use the whole-
screen-room-mapping on their GB games, I've made it easier for you to
find places by giving direct instructions: U, means go to the upper
screen, L means go to the left screen, D means go to the bottom screen,
and R means go to the right screen. Hope that's clear, if not, email me.

SCENE 1
-------
Answer the phone. Go to see Marvin (to the north). Before going to Ink &
Paint Club, get the password by going to Lucy's place.
To get to Valiant's, go R, D, R from the Studio.
To get the Password you must get to Lucy's place. So walk R, D from
Valiant's.  Enter the left building.
Ink & Paint Club. R, R from Valiant's, up into the alley.  To enter the
club you must have the password. Go to your menu (press Start) and use
it in front of the door.  Now look helpessly as the weasels kidnap
Jessica.  Your quest truly begins (yeah, right).

SCENE 2
-------
Enter Valiant's, talk to Eddie (well I would like to kidnap her!).
after a lame dialogue, the weasels will come for you.  Hide in the
right-door of the closet; that's the safest hiding place (in all others
you'll get caught and that means GAME OVER).  After they are gone, Eddie
will give you a weapon you should equip (go to the menu and select it),
press B to use it.  It will stun weasels.
Bakery .- L, L, D, R from Valiant's.  Exit the Bakery and chase the fat
weasel (Stupid) to the left.  Take the loaf of bread he drops and use it
in front of the bakery.  Change screen and redturn to miss Stupid.  Now
go to Valiant's and move the fat detective to either side until he's
free from the glue.  Go west from (that's L) Valiant's and enter the
open building.  Kick the cans to distract the weasels.  Knock them
punching them two times fast and moving.  Go R, grab the carrot and go U
to find the glue. Return to talk to Eddie.  The trap will be set, Eddie
will go and you'll have to hide on the right of the bakery to have
Stupid get caught.

SCENE 3
-------

Enter Valiant's, talk to Eddie two times to get a ticket.
Station.- R, R, R, D, D, R, from Valiant's.  Enter the train and wait
for the looooong animation to get to Sunset Boulevard.
T. Club.- R, U from Station.
Go, L, L, U, enter the building, get info about Toon gun and its need
for bullets to work (well, duh).  Now return to the Station and go
outside the building where Marvin was, L, and enter the Warehouse.  Use
the same strategy to make your way to the top-right room where a man
will give you the Toon Gun.  Now, of course, return to Sunset Boulevard
Station.  Go R, U, L, L, U, enter the building, exit the building, R, U,
ignore the empty building, U and enter the tall building.  Stock with
bullets from the drawers and proceed up.  Knock out the weasels with
your mallet, DO NOT use you Toon Gun on them, save your bullets for
Greasy.  He shoots three missiles in a row.  Pop his balloons by
shooting before he is above you, and that's it.  Next!

SCENE 4
-------
Return to Valiant's and get an axe from Baby Herman (whoa, nice toys for
a foul-mouthed baby, wish I could use them against the weasels instead
of the puny, BWA, HA, HA, HA...).  Go to Sunset Boulevard Station.  Go
R, U, L, L, U, enter the building, exit the building, R, U, ignore the
empty building, L, U, U and you'll find the foul-mouthed Benny the Cab.
Free him, get the whistle, blow the whistle, choose to go to the offic
and prepare to fight Psycho.  Immediately, get a bit near him and press
B to hit him, dodge his bombs and punch him two more times to finish
him.  Talk to Eddie and fight Psycho once again.  Just go down and spaz
on button Bm it does not matter if you get hit, you'll win.

SCENE 5
-------
Do not bother to visit Dolores, she'll repeat the same lame message for
the entire game.  Instead, from where you begin go R, U, L, L, U, enter
the building, exit the building, R, U, ignore the empty building, U and
get through the gate to the right.  Go R, R (follow the path in the
middle, the other two are dead-ends), R, R, U to the A6 warehouse.  Now
it's R, R, R, U and the final weasel.  As you enter, walk to the right,
punch when he fires (he won't move while shooting).  Beware of the
(argh, annoying) lesser enemies.   Try to get Smarty and his pal aligned
so you can hit both with one punch.  When Smarty is about to be
defeated, another weasel will join the battle.  Be patient, you've
almost won.

SCENE 6
-------
From A6, D, and R until U.  You'll get into the woods.  Bongo will throw
you difficult-to-avoid Barrels (Donkey Kong Syndrome?).  It doesn't
matter, you'll find enough carrots to keep you healthy.  There are two
carrots (use them wisely) waiting for you at both sides of Doom's house.
Enter to find Eddie, follow him.  Immediately go left to avoid the
mechanical dog from Rescue Rangers, go to the weasel and punch him to
stop the mutt.  go right and take a breath.  the maze begins: Enter the
right door. Ignore or defeat the three weasels in your way to the left
door.  Use the right stairs (the other stairs lead you to two carrots
and empty rooms) to find two carrots.  Go U, downstairs, until you find
Doom.  Follow him (DO NOT GO D! or you'll repeat the whole maze) into
the top room.  He'll taunt you about your snail speed.  Act hasty and
you'll restart the maze: there's a trap on the middle of the room, go
around it and follow Doom.

DOOM
----
Use the same strategy as with Greasy, except Dumb, er, I mean Doom is
easier and he'll stop to fire his dip cannon, giving you time to hit him
repeateadly.

Enjoy the ending.  Yawn.
