- SECRETS -
=========

-------------------
Hidden Units/Pilots
-------------------

Bonta Kun
---------

1) In Chapter 08, 12/13, and 32, Bonta Kun will automatically be deployed.
  Have Bonta Kun destroy 10 or more units total. In addition, you must
  have Bonta Kun destroy at least 3 units in each of these Chapters.
2) If successful, you will receive the Bonta Kun unit at the start of
  Chapter 46.

Note: Sousuke and Bonta Kun (the Pilot) actually share Kill counts,
making it difficult to differentiate. But most likely, what is considered is
the number of units Bonta Kun destroy in these Chapters, rather than the
total Kill Counts.

Aestaevalis II Akatsuki (Akatsuki) + Astromeria (Genichiro) + Daitetsujin
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

1) In Chapter 24, destroy Kagura Zuki instead of having the winning condition
  of Nadesico reaching designated point.
2) If successful, Tsukumo will pilot the Daitetsujin, and join in the middle
  of Chapter 46. Akatsuki and Genichiro will join you at the end of Chapter 46.
  You will also get 20000G.

Note: If you do not do this, Tsukumo will pilot a Tetsujin, not a Daitetsujin.

Blitz Gundam - Nikol
--------------------

1) In Chapter 30, destroy Blitz (Nikol).
2) In Chapter 35 (first half), destroy the Baltfeld (La Gou) before the
  Event at the start of Turn 3.
3) In Chapter 36, destroy Blitz (Nikol), Buster (Dearka), and Duel (Yzak)
  before destroying the enemy Bozgolof Class Submarine.
4) At the end of Chapter 36, choose [Follow Kaname to Orb] Route.
5) In Chapter 37 (first half), destroy the Aegis Gundam (Athran) before
  the Event.
6) In Chapter 42, have Kira convince Athrun.
7) If successful, Blitz Gundam (Nikol) will join after the battle.
  (You will see a conversation between Torl and Nikol immediately after
  Step 6 if successful.)

Note: It may not be required to use Kira to deal the finishing blow on
Baltfeld in Chapter 35, but do so just in case.
Athrun joins regardless of whether you convinced or destroy him.

Mazinger Z
----------

1) At the end of Chapter 36, choose [Prepare for Bionet at Paris] Route.
2) In Chapter 38, destroy Dark Great General before Mazin Kaizer appears
  at the Start of Turn 5.
3) If successful, you will receive Mazinger Z after the battle.

Duel Gundam AS - Yzak
---------------------

1) At the end of Chapter 43, choose [Pursuit of the Successor of Mars] Route.
2) In Chapter 45, have Dearka battle with Yzak.
3) After step 2, have Dearka Convince Yzak.
4) At the end of Chapter 49, choose [Stop the Plant Wars] Route.
5) In Chapter 51, let Yzak retreat without destroying his unit.
5) If successful, Duel Gundam AS (Yzak) will join at the end of
  Chapter 51.

Note: If you did not recruit Yzak, he will show up as a guest Unit at
Chapter 54.

Hyperion Gundam - Kanard
------------------------

1) At the end of Chapter 49, choose [Stop the Plant Wars] Route.
2) In Chapter 50, deploy Kira. Have Hyperion (Kanard), reduced to
  below HP 50%, and then have Kira battle with him (but not destroy him).
3) After Step 2, have Prayer destroy Hyperion (Kanard).
4) If successful, Hyperion Gundam (Kanard) will join in the middle of
  Chapter 52.

Note: Tekkaman Rapier and Hyperion are mutually exclusive.

Tekkaman Rapier - Rapier
------------------------

1) At the end of Chapter 49, choose [Fight Radams on the Moon] Route.
2) In Chapter 50 (part 2), reduce Tekkaman Evil's HP or wait until
  the event where both Tekkaman Blade and Tekkaman Evil becomes Blaster Mode.
  Destroy Blaster Evil, before the event where the battle ends.
3) If successful, Tekkaman Rapier (Rapier) will join in the middle of
  Chapter 52.

Note: Tekkaman Rapier and Hyperion are mutually exclusive.
Important Note: Despite other reliable sources, it is confirmed that defeating
Tekkaman Evil and Tekkaman Axe in Chapters before this, is not required.

------------------------
Hidden Forms and Weapons
------------------------

J Ark - J Phoenix (Attack)
--------------------------

1) In Chapter 49, destroy Pia Dekem before destroying Pal Pareipa.
2) If successful, you will see an event and the new Attack.
  It will immediately be available.

Note: Try to have GaoFaiGar (Gai) destroyed before Turn 5.
Not neccessary, but just do so anyway, for small bonuses.

Lightning Striker Pack
----------------------

1) Have Muu get 10 Kills or more before Chapter 10. (The exact Chapter
  limit is unclear.) (You only have Chapter 3 and 10, so make it count.)
2) If successful, you will receive this changing Unit for the Strike
  Series at the start of Chapter 46.

Note: It is said that the limit may be Chapter 35. Not recommended to try.

IWSP
----

1) Have Cagalli get more than 5 Kills before Chapter 39. (The exact Chapter
  limit is unclear.)
2) If successful, you will receive this changing Unit for the Strike
  Series at the start of Chapter 46.

Note: You only have Stage 35, and if you pick [Follow Kaname to Orb] Route
at the end of Stage 36, you will have Stage 38 as well. Make it count.

EDF Solid Armor
---------------

1) Have Youko get 10 Kills or more before Chapter 39. (The exact Chapter
  limit is unclear.) (You only have Chapter 4, 10, and 39, so make it count.)
2) If successful, you will receive this replacement for Birdman at the start
  of Chapter 46. (Upgrades are shared.)

Genryuujin + Gouryuujin
-----------------------

1) In Chapter 49, deploy Enryuu, Hyouryuu, Fuuryuu, and Rairyuu.
2) If successful, you will see an event of their morale Boost. From now on,
  they can combine into these alternate forms freely.
  In addition, Choryuujin and Gekiryuujin will each have a new Weapon.

Astray Powered Red - Red Strike
-------------------------------

1) At the end of Chapter 49, choose [Stop the Plant Wars] Route.
2) In Chapter 51, Deploy Lowe in Astray Powered Red. Have Rou destroy the
  Regenerate.
3) If successful, you will see an event with Lowe having Morale Boost using
  the new attack. You now have this new Attack for the Astray Powered Red.

(Temporary Unit) Sword Calamity - Ed
------------------------------------

1) In Chapter 42, convince Ed with Lowe.
2) At the end of Chapter 49, choose [Stop the Plant Wars] Route.
3) In Chapter 50, deploy Row, convince Ed with Rou.
  (You have Turn limits to win the battle, and convince him, so you have
  to be quick.)
4) If successful, Ed with Sword Calamity will be immediately usable.
  Ed does not officially join. He is only useable for that Chapter.

Note: Ed will also be available for use as a guest Unit in Chapter 54. He will
be useable at that time, regardless of whether you did this Secret or not.

- PLAYTHROUGHS -
==============

Once you have completed the game, after the credits, you are given a chance
to Save your game.

The next time you start this Save File, you will start from the beginning.
You will carry certain earned results from your previous playthroughs, though.
In addition, there are some minor changes. (AKA New game +.)

-----------
Inheritance
-----------

When you carry over into a new playthrough, some of what you earned will carry
over. Some will not.

These will carry over:

Money
Mech Unit Upgrades
Pilot's allocated BP and unused BP
Pilot Permanent Enhancements from Skill Parts
Shop purchased Mech Units (aplicable from 3rd playthrough onwards)
Unlocked BGM

These will not carry over:

Series Affinity
Pilot Level
Pilot Kill Count
Unit Full Upgrade Bonus (This gets reset, so you can choose again.)
Enhance Parts (Automatically gets sold at the start of new playthrough.)
Skill Parts (Automatically gets sold at the start of new playthrough.)

Note: Reduction in upgrades may happen should you upgrade beyond the normal
with the Affinity, then lose the Affinity.

------------------------
New Playthrough Features
------------------------

In addition to carrying over certain properties, some extra features are
available after the first Playthrough.

These are some of the changes when playing on your 2nd and above
playthrough:

- Main Character's Spirit becomes customizable at the start.
- You can set the Enemy Upgrade Levels.
 (The Limit is Completed Playthroughs Amount X 3.)
- You can purchase certain Units and Enhance parts in Shop.
- Certain Chapters will change on your 2nd Playthrough.
 (Chapter 12, 13, 32, and 55.)
 (On your 3rd Playthrough onwards, you can choose between some of these
 scenarios. You will be able to choose whether you want the first Playthrough
 scenario, or second playthrough scenario. You will see these options at the
 start of certain Chapters. One choice will affect Chapter 12, 13, and 32.
 The other will affect Chapter 55.)
- On your 4th Playthrough onwards, you automatically have All Series
 Affinity, and all EXP and Gold earned is at 1.5, and Max Upgrade
 Limit is now at 20.

===============
- UNIT UPGRADES -
===============

Some Units share upgrades. These are usually Units that are modified into other
forms. (E.g. GaoGaiGar -> Star GaoGaiGar, Birdman -> EDF Solid Armor)

Some Units inherits upgrades from other Units.

Shared Upgrades
---------------

Units that share Upgrades are usually Units that are modified into other
forms, or Units with different forms.
(E.g. GaoGaiGar -> Star GaoGaiGar, Birdman -> EDF Solid Armor,
Mazinger Z -> Mazin Kaiser, J-Ark/King Jader, Shin Getter 1/2/3)

Some others, are seperate Units, that share all upgrades at all times.
Upgrading one, will upgrade the rest at the same time.
(E.g. Valhawk/Valstork, Enryuu/Hyouryuu, ARX-7 Arbalest/Bonta Kun)

These will constantly share the upgrades. When you start on a new Playthrough,
they will continue to carry over, on the respective initial Units.

Inherited Upgrades
------------------

Certain units, when they join your group, they will inherit Unit upgrades from
another Unit.
(E.g. GaoFaiGar -> J-Ark, Freedom -> Justice)

When these units join your group, they will immediately Inherit Unit Upgrades
from the Base unit. After that, upgrading either unit, will not affect the
other. (Until the next time the same Unit Inherits again.)

When a Unit Inherits Upgrades from another Base Unit, each Stat Upgrade is
checked. If the Stat Upgrade value of the Inheriting Unit is lower than that
of the Base Unit, the Stat Upgrade automatically increases to that value.
Otherwise, the Stat Upgrade value is unchanged.

Inheritance will happen at certain times (such as joining your group for
the first or second time), and will continue multiple times in multiple
playthroughs.

(For example, on the previous playthrough, you upgrade the Justice's HP to
10 times, but nothing for the Freedom. This playthrough, you upgrade the
Freedom's EN to 10 times, and not other upgrades. When the Justice joins you,
it will inherit the Freedom's Stat. So it will get the Freedom's 10 EN
upgrades. The Justice will also get to keep its HP upgrades, since they are
higher than the Freedoms. And take note that upgrading the Justice will not
affect the Freedom.)

This is a list of all Inherited Upgrades.

Inherited Upgrades
------------------

Wing Gundam Zero                 -->     Altron Gundam

Astray Red Frame                 -->     Astray Blue Frame
                                -->     X Astray (Dreadnought)
                                -->     Elizah Use Ginn
                                -->     Gai Use Ginn

X Astray (Dreadnought)           -->     Hyperion

Freedom                          -->     Justice        *
                                -->     Buster
                                -->     Blitz
                                -->     Duel AS

Strike                           -->     Strike Rouge   *
                                -->     Freedom        *

Arch Angel                       -->     Eternal

ARX-7 Arbalest                   -->     Falke

Nadesico C                       -->     Nadesico Y-Unit  **

Aestaevalis Akito                -->     Aestaevalis Gai
                                -->     Alstromeria

Blue Earth                       -->     Sol Tekkaman No.2

Sol Tekkaman No.2                -->     Sol Tekkaman No.1 Custom

Tekkaman Blade                   -->     Tekkaman Aki
                                -->     Tekkaman Dead
                                -->     Tekkaman Rapier

Venus A                          -->     Venus A (New)  ***

Star GaoGaiGar/GaoFaiGar         -->     J Ark   ****

Enryuu/Hyouryuu/Fuuryuu/Rairyuu  -->     Koryuu/Anryuu

Mazin Kaiser KS                  -->     Mazinger Z *****

* These inheritance happens twice for each playthrough. First when the
respective units joins, and second on Chapter 46. The Strike is passed to
the Strike Rouge and Freedom, and the Justice in turn inherits from the
Freedom. Others like Buster and Blitz will not be affected in Chapter 46.

** This refers to Yurika's Nadesico inheriting from Ruri's Nadesico in Part 2.
The Nadesico C is still the basic, and will carry over to Part 1 in replay.

*** The Original Venus A is the base, so will carry back through replays
from Aphrodai A onwards.

**** The J Ark inherits 2 times in one playthrough, during the times it joins.
Once in Part 1, once in Part 2.

***** This refers to the extra Mazinger Z unit you receive. This is NOT the
original Mazinger Z. The original Mazinger Z will pass on to Mazin Kaiser,
which in turn inherits to the extra Mazinger Z.

NOTE: Temporary Units are not recorded here. Such include Mass Produced
Bonta Kun, Yucharis, Tekkaman Evil. These units will inherit upgrades of
other units too.

============================
- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
============================

-----

Q: A certain requirement requires that I use a certain character to destroy
  a certain enemy. Can I use Support Attacks?

A: When you use Support Attacks, take note that the person who initiated the
  attack, and not the supporting attacker, is the one who counts as dealing
  the finishing blow.

-----

Q: How come when a unit is an enemy, it has like, 30000 HP, but when it
  joins you, it has like 5000 HP?

A: This has happened for the 9999999th time since Super Robot Taisen history.
  The creators felt that a high HP unit will be too little challenge.

  (Which is true when you think about the 50000 HP Laft Granz in J final
  stage. That unit will literally not die.)

  Personally, I would prefer if the enemy can use Seishin, and our units
  HP are at least 30000HP on par. But that would mean a lot of work for
  programming AI, so that's not going to happen. Instead, they pump enemies'
  HP to give you a hard time.

-----

Q: Hey! I can still use an attack! How come my unit will not use the attack
  for Support Attack?

A: If a unit can only support attack with only one Weapon, and that weapon
  has only 1 Shot left, that unit cannot Support Attack at all. A wierd
  change since the previous Super Robot Taisen.

-----

Q: Do all Pilots gain Morale the same way?

A: No. They each have their own personality, and that affects how they gain
  Morale. Some gain Morale when they are hit, others lose Morale when they
  are hit, but gain more Morale when an attack is avoided.

  An enemy Unit hit or destroyed as a result of a Map Weapon or a Combo
  Attack will not affect ally Morale at all.

-----

Q: How come when Kanard and Tekkaman Dead are the enemy, they have uber
  skills, but when they join, they suck!

A: Those 2 are supposed to be Boss characters. The character sprites are
  also different. As Boss characters, not only do they have superior
  Stats, they also have Skills the characters do not have by default,
  such as Potential Lv 9, and Morale Limit Break.

  When they join you, not only do they not have such skills, their stats are
  also much lower.

  (All pilots as enemies have higher Stats. Not necessarily cheating,
  possibly because of BP.)

  Pilots such as Athrun and Dearka will not have that much a difference.

  And let's not even talk about Tekkaman Evil or Aria as an ally.

  Something to be learned: next time we hire badasses, make sure they stay
  badasses! :P

-----

Q: Has the Max Upgrade Bonus changed?

A: Yes. A lot. Most of them are now dumbed down. The S Terrain bonus now
  apply to only 1, not all 4! That Bonus used to be the absolute best!

  I recommend taking +1 Range for weapon, and just an Armor or Mobility
  bonus for unit. Take the Movement if you're that desperate.

-----

Q: Is there anyway to get the Double Action Skill?

A: Apparently, this is a Skill used by big Bosses only. The pilots we have,
  will never learn it.

  In addition, there are no Skill Parts that can grant this Skill. So,
  tough luck.

  Apparently, Banpresto felt that in the hands of the player, the skill
  would have devastating results. Kinda makes you miss the older games
  where Amuro Rei could act twice.

-----

Q: Can I get the De Danaan?

A: The ship never joins you, so you can't upgrade it. Same goes for units like
  Yucharis.

-----

Q: Uh, is Akito supposed to get Boson Jump?

A: He is! But some idiot forgot to gave the Salena that. That's why you have
  it in Super Robot Taisen R, but not this game!

-----

Q: This game offers no challenge!

A: Talk to me about it after you have beaten the game with enemies of
  20 Upgrades.

-----

Q: Will you ever get Bonta Kun Mass Produced or Tekkaman Evil?

A: No, those are only temporary units, and never officially join you.

  Sadly, you never get the Yucharis or De Danaan either.

-----

Q: How does the Size Difference Ignoring Skill works?

A: Actually, due to a bug, size difference does not reduce damage.

  Size was supposed to reduce damage, by 5% for each size bigger than
  the attacker. Tests using Direct Attack Seishin and Size Difference
  Ignoring Skill shows no difference.

-----

Q: Can you explain the trick of how money can be quickly amassed using
  Game Overs and selling Parts?

A: Basically, stock up Parts in the Intermission.

  During the mission, in the Deployment Screen, sell of all such parts, then
  get a Game Over. You will be taken back to the Intermission, with the money
  you got, but the Parts you sold still remain.

  Aparently, you can also get many Skills quickly this way too.

  Again, this is not something I encourage.

-----

Q: Are there other reported Glitches?

A: In Chapter 44, defeating Kanard before the enemy reinforcements may cause
  the game to freeze. In addition, glitches where the game would freeze if
  Pal Pareipa survives a 99999 damage attack in a fixed event. (I personally
  got through the Pal Pareipa part fine though.)

  These are the reports I have heard.

-----

Q: There was something I did with Hot Blood and Soul, and I got lots of SP!

A: Again, a glitch that I don't recommend using. You have to add them from
  the list, on units with multiple Pilots. But I shall not go into detail.
  Exploiting glitches isn't something I would recommend.

  It seems that the effect of Hot Blood and Soul can stack, but I wouldn't
  recommend that either.

-----

Q: Do you have any more details on money tricks and Seishin Glitches?

A: I don't encourage them, and I didn't really check them all. Maybe if I
  find out about some others, I will post them in here.

-----

Q: Are there any tricks with Combinations?

A: Yes. Whenever you combine Ryuu Robots, do this:
  First, move one Ryuu Robot adjacent to the other, but do not choose to
  Combine. Choosing Combine will end their action. Instead, choose to wait,
  and have the other unit choose to Combine. That way, the unit does not
  waste a turn, and can still act.

  When combining into the Valguard, have the Valhawk move to the Valstork,
  and choose to combine. Moving the Valstork instead will end their action.
  It is also possible for the Valhawk to be moved adjacent to the Valstork,
  and attack before of after that, and then having the Valstork combine,
  without wasting the Valguard's turn.

  I'm sure you realize, that means that it is possible to attack multiple
  times. For instance It is the start of your turn, and you have a
  Choryuujin. You seperate them, have Enryuu attack and stay in the current
  spot. Then have Hyoruu combine. And then have Choryuujin act. That's how
  it goes.

-----

Q: What Stats do you recommend boosting?

A: Always put BP into Hit Rate and Dodge Rate. Never put it in any other
  Stat.

  If you can't get hit, you can't get destroyed. I have a Mazin Kaiser that
  dodge attacks like an ace. Look me in the face and tell me that ain't
  cool.

  It's not untrue that dealing damage is important. So some people go for
  Combat or Shooting Stat to increase damage dealt. For one thing, this only
  applies to one class of attacks. If a unit needs both types, this is
  ineffective.

  Don't bother with Defense either. I estimated every stat in Defense reduces
  damage received by 1/200 of Armor. I might as well put points in Dodge.

  Bottomline, pump Hit and Dodge. You'll be invincible.

-----

Q: How do I choose which Chapters to go to beyond my 3rd Playthrough?

A: At Chapter 12, you get a choice. This will affect Chapter 12, 13, and 32.
  At Chapter 55, you get another choice. This will affect Chapter 55.

  The first choices are the scenarios you get at 1st Playthrough.
  The second choices are the scenarios you get at 2nd Playthrough.

-----

Q: If I didn't get a certain Pilot such as Tekkaman Rapier, Kanard or
  Nikol, does it mean that I will not earn BP for this Playthrough?

A: Yes. Any Pilots that do not join your party at all, will not gain
  BP at all.

  (Take note though, Rapier joins you complusory in one stage. You will get
  her BP for that, and after that she leaves your party. If you didn't get
  her later, her BP will be the same as the last time she was still with
  you, on your next playthrough.)

  (Yzak also joins as a guest if not recruited, so he gains BP even if you
  didn't get him.)

  Any Pilots that leave your group permanently for a playthrough, will not
  gain BP beyond the time they join you. (E.g. Bless will not gain more
  levels after he leaves you.)

  Any Pilots that still remain with your group, but change to Sub-Pilots,
  will also not gain BP beyond that. (E.g. Mihiro will not earn BP after
  Kazuma rejoins.)

  An important note is that when Pilots join or rejoin you, they will earn
  BP in accordance to the level increase since the last time they were
  with you in the current Playthrough. In the case of newly joining Pilots,
  it will be Level 1.

  In addition, note that SubPilots that came from Pilots will retain their
  Skills gained from Skill Parts.(And SubPilots normally cannot take in most
  Skill Parts, by the way.) So for example, if you gave Ruri Skill Parts in
  a previous playthrough, you will find that she still keeps them even as
  a Sub Pilot. (She will not have Command, which happens to be a natural
  Skill, though.)

  You do not have to worry about a Pilot losing all BP. He/she just does not
  gain BP for the Playthrough which you did not get him/her, that's all.

Q: What are the most important units to Upgrade?

A: Pump every single cent you have into the Astray Red Frame and Strike
  Gundam.

  The Astray Red Frame starts out as the most unimpressive mech, but it will
  end up as a unit with many powerful forms. Not only that, the upgrades
  of the Red Frame will carry over to almost every other Astray Series
  mech.

  The Strike Gundam is obtained quite late. But it will carry over to the
  Freedom, which in turn carries over to many other Seed mechs.

  NEVER, EVER, upgrade a unit that inherits its upgrades from another unit.
  It will be a complete waste of money, as it could be better spent on
  upgrading the original, which will eventually affect the Inheritor.

Q: Which Pilots do not have their faces shown during attacks?

A: Apart from Pilots that only join you for a very limited time,
  the Pilots that never show their faces during attacks are:

  Tsukumo, Gai Daigouji (2nd Part), Genichiro, Akatsuki (2nd Part),
  Yurika (2nd Part).

  Pilots such as Shishiou Gai, Ryuu Robots, Akito (2nd Part), Lapis, will
  show special cut-ins during certain attacks, instead of the standard pilot
  faces.

  Temporary Pilots usually do not have their faces shown. Some
  include Tekkaman Evil, Seina, McAllen, Morgan. A few others,
  will actually show their faces. Some of them include Shiho, Migel,
  Ed, Mina Sahaku.

  Certain important enemies will also have their faces shown. Such include
  Hokushin, Applicant, Inference, Gaulun, Natal.
  (Not the Tekkamen, though, you only see the close-ups. You don't see the
  Mazinger enemy faces at all.)

  Some units, will at random times, show the SubPilots faces instead.
  (Such as Valhawk, Nadesico.) Some Unit's Attacks will respond to only
  certain Pilots. (Dreadnought's Dragoon System will show Prayer when he
  attacks, but not the same case with Mu.)

  Gai Daigouji, Akatsuki, and Yurika actually have their faces shown
  during 1st part, so it's wierd how they don't have it here. Gai will
  still show his face in a special intro during Double Gekigan Punch with
  Akito.

  Anyway, in Nadesico Prince of Darkness, Gai Daigouji and Tsukumo are
  actually supposed to have died, so you are not suppose to get them at
  all. Akatsuki came together with Genichiro, but he never actually
  piloted an Aestaevalis. By the time Yurika was rescued, the story had
  already ended, so she couldn't have piloted another Nadesico.

  The only one, whom justice isn't done, is Genichiro. He did show up in
  the Anime piloting the Alstromeria, but the stupid creators didn't think
  he was important enough to give him his face shown in the demo. This is
  a totally idiotic move by the creators. Makes me wonder what kind of stupid
  sick, twisted, idiotic mind could actually pull this disgusting act of
  not giving him a face shown.

  And Yucharis is a lot better than another Nadesico. Why force it instead
  of using the Yucharis? Sheesh.

Q: What are the successes and failings of Super Robot Taisen J?

A: In J, there is a lot of bouncing action. :) I'm sure everyone has noticed
  that.

  The greatest bonus of J, would probably be the Laft Granz guest that is
  given to you at the final Stage. That ally has a whopping 50000 HP! Too bad
  it is only given at the last, and you cannot upgrade it.

  The greatest failings for J, will be the fact that that your Main
  Characters do not share BP. Your Main Characters are exclusive to each
  other; you can never have them both in the same storyline. What does this
  mean? This mean that for one playthrough, you can only earn BP for either
  Touya or Calvina, and the other will have 0 BP. Eventually, with enough
  replays, your main characters will be severely lacking compared to other
  characters. This is the major failing.

-----

Q: What are the failings for Super Robot Taisen W?

A: The failing of this game, would be sheer utter extreme idiotic stupidity.
  What do I mean? Let's look at the final 2 Stages.

  In the final stage, from your 2nd playthrough onwards, you get Applicant
  in his Val Alm.

  So what's the f-ing problem, you ask. Well, for one thing, this Applicant,
  unlike the enemy Applicant, apart from simply having a different face
  sprite, obviously lacks the Double Action skill! We went this far, and
  we can't even use Double Action! What the hell is this? All he lost is the
  freaking mask! Okay, fine, just like Kanard and Tekkaman Dead, Applicant
  has a different face sprite compared to being an enemy, and like those 2,
  he also have been nerfed down in Pilot Skills.

  Okay, fine, I can live with that. It's happen to other characters, so, fine
  then. Besides, it's not so bad. Our Applicant has a higher Potential Level.
  In addition, the Combo Level is 4, and he also has Support Defense 4.
  That's not so bad despite losing Double Action.

  BUT COULD THEY HAVE AT LEAST LET HIM SHOW HIS DAMNED UGLY FACE DURING
  ATTACKS?! THEY LET APPLICANT THE BOSS SHOW HIS FACE, WHY CAN'T THEY LET
  OUR APPLICANT SHOW HIS FREAKING FACE??!!

  And what the hell ever happened to Inference not being a subpilot?! If he
  isn't a subpilot, and he shows up only to tell some lame comments, TELL
  HIM TO F O!! Who needs a backseat pilot that can't use Seishin?

  And here's the worst. Due to the work of some incompetent dumbasses,
  instead of giving us a 90000 HP and 500 EN Val Alm, we instead get a lame
  14000 HP and 250 EN Mech! Unlike in J, even at the last stage, the pathetic
  dumbasses who programmed this, just have to screw us all the way!

  Hey, the bastard who is responsible for this crap, if you are listening,
  answer me. WILL IT GODDAMNED KILL YOU JUST TO GIVE US A 90000HP MECH AT THE
  LAST STAGE?! Are you out of your crazy mind?!

  Not only does the Val Alm lose out in HP and EN, it also has 5 Mobility
  less than the Boss version. And can someone tell me, how did the Size L
  Val Alm, became a Size 2L Mech when it joins us? Did those losers unscrewed
  something from their heads and forgot to screw it back?

  Okay, fine, it's not all that bad. At least our Val Alm has a higher Weapon
  Attack. Despite having lower power in Spherical Laser Focus, we have higher
  Attack with Remote Drill Burst, and much higher Attack with Final Hawk
  Strike. And it inherits upgrades from Valzakard. So it's not a complete
  loss.
  (The Special Effect Nullification Skill may have been provided by the Haumea
  Protect Stone when he was a Boss, so no big loss when you don't have it.)

  But what about our "New Final Boss"?? At least Inference has his face
  shown!! Why didn't these losers give Critic a goddamned face? Everyone
  else has it!!

  You can see here. Those guys, could have let use use the same 90000HP mech.
  But they didn't. Instead, they took all that trouble, so that they can
  nerf a Mech down, before letting us use it, SO THAT THEY CAN SIMPLY SCREW
  AROUND WITH US!

  And the worst part is, they took all this trouble to screw us, but couldn't
  have bothered to take the goddamned time to give Critic and our Applicant
  a bloody face!

  Are these guys pathetic pieces of shit or what?

Q: I think some of your translations may be wrong.

A: Some of them may be, and a few of these already have official English
  names which I am unaware. (I still don't get how Shishiou Gai can translate
  into Guy, though.)

  Once I have settled all of these, I will request for correction sources.
  But not right now.

  And one more thing. DO NOT start another "My Romanizations are correct,
  yours are wrong!" argument with me! I WILL NOT TOLERATE IT!

-----

Q: I have questions, can I ask you?

A: Try the GameFaqs board first. If you really must contact me, my email is

  cyberakumamechgouki (at) yahoo (dot) com

  Remove spaces and replace with proper punctuation.

  Make sure your title is appropriate.

-----

Q: Do you need any help with your work?

A: Yes, I do, in a different way.

  I need to get all the Robot animes. If you know where I can get them,
  please contact me. If you have GaoGaiGar, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!

  (No Bittorrents, please.)
