MgBar is smallest launch bar for Windows wich I never saw. It occupies a very little space on desktop and let user to store and launch his 100 favourite programs.

Improvements:

1) gradient color now supported as background color, and many other esthetical improvements;

2) fully customizable position on the desktop;

3) QuickImage added: simply drag&drop a graphic file on MgBar and you'll can view it and also set it as Windows wallpaper (.bmp, .gif, .jpg, .wmf, .emf and .ico formats supported);

4) new panels in order to configure programs and sections easily;

5) drag&drop supported in order to add new programs to MgBar;

6) Timer utility;

7) Memorandum utility;

8) fast and easy access to many Windows functions (DOS prompt, shutdown or restart system, Explorer, Control Panel, and direct access to several Conrol Panel applications);

Because of this great number of functions, today MgBar is a shareware program, released in trial version without source and with a limited evaluation period (30 days): after this period, MgBar will expire. If you want an unlimited version of MgBar, please see Order.txt.
