Not to be outdone by the other anti-gun garbage coming out of D.C.,
Representative Deutch of Florida has introduced one of the most insane bills
yet.
HR 1263 would register all semi-automatic long guns with detachable magazines
as NFA items.
Yes, you read that right. The most common firearms in America would now be
subject to the same registration requirements as other NFA items like
suppressors, SBRs, and machine guns.
And this bill isn't just targeting ARs or AKs. It's targeting ANY semi-auto
rifle or shotgun with a detachable magazine. That means even your Mini-14 or
your Ruger 10/22 would fall under these asinine requirements.
