Changing the attributes of Accessorizer.prc (e.g., toggling the hidden
and backup bits) does NOT count as a change for the purposes of the
above.  It is also perfectly acceptable to keep Accessorizer inside
a resource and to create it on the fly with DmCreateDatabaseFromImage().


The source code of Accessorizer, not including the YAHMlib library, is
in the public domain.  However, the compiled Accessorizer.prc included in
object code format the YAHMlib library, copyright by Igor
Nestorov, and can only be distributed subject to the above constraints.
Of course if you get your own YAHMlib license from Igor Nestorov, you'll
be able to compile your own copy of Accessorizer and modify it at will.

As of version 0.35, one can generate a special fully Public Domain
version that consists of AccessorizerPD.prc and AccessorizerHack.prc.
That version requires YAHM.
